Great Wolf Lodge Illinois

The stay was ok my only complain i guess is no matter how clean the room is you can still smell the nasty humid smell and the water in all the pools is super merky it look dirty. But non the less my kids had a blast. And the fact that everything is so expensive.

I was unable to check in using the kiosk as it could not identify me by email or phone number. I then had to wait in line for help with checking in. After getting a room we attempted to go to the restaurant but we did not receive any service besides getting our drinks after 20 minutes. The restaurant was not busy at all at this time. The waitress was not doing anything besides standing behind the bar and ignored my eye contact. The rooms were not what I expected. The hot water in the shower made a loud noise when turned on. The light flickered off and on. The light in the area by the couch was not working at all. The main lamp wasn't even plugged into the wall. The water park staff was friendly. The Dunkin donuts messed up the order twice food and drinks. Though not a hotel issue but a parent issue is the loud noises of kids running in the hallway well after 11:00 pm. The doors were constantly being opened and closed which were very loud due to the type of door they are. Based on the cost of lodging, dining, and entertainment I would have expected better.

This is my 2nd time here! Love it . Will be back . Also the cleaning people are very honest . I left some money behind in my room after I checked out and they turned it into lost and found for me . Oh how I appreciated that !!will recommend to family and friends

Overall Amazing Experience for my family and I. Went there for our sons 9th Birthday and was well worth it!

This is a nice place to stay if you have young children. If you don’t, you might want to look elsewhere.

Friendly staff and kids can’t wait to go back

Well stay was good until Tuesday when I got home. Last week I ended up with salmonella and was in hospital for one day and almost died cause of my the infection causing my blood pressure to decrease. I probably won't come there again with my family

It’s a great place good for families with small children but to expensive

We had fun the rooms were well equipped for a family with kids.

My son’s Yeezy slides were stolen from the water park on his birthday . Wave pool water leaves a slimy feeling on your skin . Room sliding door barely worked only I could close it my wife and kids couldn’t . The balcony is not even two feet wide with no chairs . Cameras don’t record anything but the water.
