We had an incredible stay- we are already planning on Christmas 2024 Chicago ritz, and are telling everyone about the magical experience. Everyone was so nice to the kids . Special shoutout to Jorge at the restaurant with his balloon animals - a highlight

Our family of four enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Ritz. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. We felt comfortable in our luxurious room.

Our family had an amazing stay. The location is perfect for quick trips to the beach, shopping or food 👍. The bedding and pillows were amazingly comfy and the view of the lake was gorgeous. Our room service attendant Victor was awesome. Super professional gentleman who made us feel like VIPs. Would definitely recommend a stay 👍

We stayed there for 4 nights with our 2 year-old son. Great location and very kind staff. Most of all, the hotel is connected to the Water Tower Mall, which is perfect for a family with little kids when the weather is very cold. We enjoyed a lot.
