My family and I stayed here August '23 and returned August '24 because of the wonderful staff - in particular Lynette. The room was clean and spacious.

Great location in the middle of everything. Great walking distance to so many places from the hotel. Great onsite parking. I felt very safe here while traveling with my 2 small children.

Here are some of the positives of the hotel. Great staff especially housekeeping who ensured we had the right amount of necessities. The room size was comfy. The location was ideal for shopping and walking distance to many of the views/attractions. Some of the cons really outweighed the pros. The elevators were a nuisance and you can expect to wait up to 20 minutes. I found myself taking the elevator in the opposite direction so that I can be at my desination.The buffet area exceeded its allotted occupancy.One morning on the way to the buffet, I spotted a roach. At the fitness center, wet children from the pool entered unaccompanied by an adult. The pool was small. I highly doubt I will use this hotel again or recommend it.

The crew elevator didnt work so cleaning stsff used the main elevators and it took 30 mins to get one. We walked down 15 stories with kids to breakfast 2 times. Pool qas closed and not refilled bc someone got sick in it but nobody told us. There was no fan to vent air in bathrooms after showers. There was nobody answering phones for customer service. It was almost $70 a night for valet. Other than the location i really was disappointed in the hotel.

My family started coming here years ago. Since then it has remained our favorite go-to spot for vacationing in Chicago! We have always enjoyed all the staff as they are super friendly, helpful, and awesome and have never encountered any staff member that leaves us even the least bit unsatisfied! Lynette especially, she has taken care of our family for over 20 years and she still puts forth great effort to ensure all guests feel welcomed. This hotel will continue to be my go-to any time I visit downtown Chicago. The efforts of all staff have made lifelong guests out of us. Thank you all very much!

Things were going good at first booked 5 night stay due to granddaughter surgery at a chicago children hospital and the next morning the hospital computer systems where hacked and they called off the surgery now its day 6 and the hospital still doesn't have computer,on day 2 we left the hotel BUYER BEWARE the hotel wont refund the 3 days we didnt use,its sad when company focus on more than profits verse compassion on thing out of everyone control.

I am disapointed about their pet policy my baby injured by another customer dog in their hotel but they did not get any action for me.

Off many night stays in Chicago, This has been out best one. Location Location Location --- Walked to the beach, Michigan Ave and Navy Pier Staff --- They served us with a smile even though the hotel was fully booked and they had their hands full. Breakfast --- Yes they had breakfast. Its the regular continental breakfast that was well executed. Pool --- It was small, but the kids had tons of fun. I should take time to thank the Staff member "GUGU" for her exceptional service. She took time to make sure our needs were fully addressed while managing the Manheim.

Quick getaway with family. Hotel was in a great location. Great value for the price. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a great perk. Staff was incredibly friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this location.
