Everyone and everything was absolutely amazing! The staff was SO very helpful, and extremely kind and patient with my 5 yr old! The property is beautiful, and the room was fantastic. My kiddo loved the lake view! Would absolutely recommend!!

Four Seasons Hotels are some of our favorite places to stay and the Chicago Four Seasons easily met our high expectations with a greaat location, very good amenities and welcoming staff. We arrived very early in the day, exxpecting to wait for a few hours for our suite. However, Mason, at check-in, kindly checked us into our room immediately. We found the front desk equally accommodating three days later for a late check-out. The suite was very pleasant and super clean. The bed was extremely comfortable with lovely linens. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast and evening cocktails in the Acorn restaurant with attentive and friendly bar and wait staff. The spa, pool and gym are very nice, albeit the pool/hot-tub needing greater supervision with so many children staying at the hotel over the long weekend (President's Day). We look forward to returning to the hotel on our next visit to Chicago.

The family friendly amenities on the website were not accurate. There was no “treasure chest” at check-in, no cute tent like on the website. We were simply handed a toy. Disappointed. We won’t be back.

The Four Seasons was amazing, we will definitely make it our go to hotel in Chicago. The staff is excellent! They go above and beyond to serve you, from the time you arrive until you depart! They honored our early check in request, noon check out is great, and they are family friendly, even pet friendly!! Mary

Bath products looked like they had been used by previous room guest. Plastic razor blade cover found in shower. Rings on nightstand from previous guest. Overall it looked like the room had not be properly cleaned but we had a late arrival with children so we couldn’t be troubled to move.

The Four Season on the gold coast of Chicago was everything we wanted! Our junior executive suite was a corner suite on the 38th floor, with spectacular views of the lake. Watching the fireworks from our suite was the best viewing of fireworks we have done. The food at Alium, the restaurant, was first rate - the best pea and curry soup I have ever had. The staff was professional and hospitable, responding to our needs immediately. We could not have been more pleased.

My husband and I stayed at the Four Seasons this past weekend to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary and have some fun in downtown Chicago. We actually live in the suburbs, but it was fun to be right downtown and to spend the weekend alone without our kids. The location was awesome - right in the middle of everything. The room was nice, but didn't blow us away with luxury. We had previously stayed at the Conrad in Chicago, and that hotel seemed more comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful in the lobby and the bar/restaurant.
