We were moved to the Four Seasons due to maintenance at the Westin. Our reservations at the Westin were for 3 adults and 1 child, 1 room with 2 double beds. on Tuesday morning at approximately 4:30, Four Seasons text that they had 1 room with a king size bed. I contacted Expedia and the Four Seasons and explained my case. I got a call back from the booking company saying everything was all set but something did not feel right. I called Four Seasons and the front desk person told me that the corrected reservations were not set and suggested we get 1of 2 suites options. I responded that was between Westin and them, not me. I called Eileen and pleaded my case. After rejecting a room with a double bed and rollaway, she negotiated a room with 2 double beds. Our hats off to her, thanks.
