This is a top tier hotel. Any The peninsula hotel is the best of the best, but this is one of the best of their properties I have ever stayed at. The service is amazing, they're there when you need them and not when you don't. Food is wonderful and varied. Really love sitting in the beautiful restaurant for breakfast. Can't wait to come back to Chicago to stay here with my family.

This hotel was clean! All the staff were amazing! When we checked into the hotel the kids were given a scavenger hunt with a prize at the end. The hotel was only one block from Michigan Ave. It felt safe, even when returning late at night. There was always staff outside the entrance. Valet parking with in and out privileges. The hotel was up a level from the street, which added to the safe feeling. We would recommend it anyone.

My kids were really disappointed that the ice rink is closed. We chose to stay here on Christmas because of the ice rink. A notice would have been appreciated. We would have cancelled if we knew the rink was closed. My children want to leave.

I have stayed in many Chicago hotels, lived in the city for 18 years but never stayed at here until now. Hands down the best hotel experience to date. Outstanding service all around, extremely clean and child friendly. Every single person who works there is genuinely kind and go out of their way to make each guest feel important. My daughter is still gushing over the treats they left for her each night.

Traveled with our family and could not have had a better experience. Luxurious, superb location, attention to detail, and the most hospitable staff we have ever seen. A special shout-out to Kourtney, who works evenings at the front desk. She knew our kids' names and asked each of them about their day, every single evening when we returned to the hotel. Will definitely stay here anytime we're in Chicago.

We had a staycation with our two kids (3 and 5) and had the most wonderful time. The staff was amazing and all the surprises were perfect. Chris the Page was great with our kids and they loved him!
