Hotel was clean and comfortable, but the very limited room service menu was not great for a kid.

My short stay at the Hoxton was really lovely and pleasant. The staff was really nice and accommodating. I'm a traveling first-time mom, and it was my first time without my baby. I had to pump, and the hotel was able to keep my breast milk in the freezer, and I was able to pick up my milk when I checked out. And yes, they provided me with ice. Really cool place and well worth the stay. I can't wait to stay again!

Gorgeous lobby. Friendly and helpful staff. Bed was SO UNCOMFORTABLE I could hardly sleep. But worse than that, when the heater kicked on every 5 minutes it made a huge thunk (like frying pan and a mallet smash). All through the night. Stayed here with husband to get a night away from the babies at home and slept worse than I have in 3 years. Miserable night sleep. And such a shame.
