I have been here twice in the past 2 months, once for business and once for pleasure. This site is very comfortably located and close to the pink line. The rooms are adequately appointed and staff is pleasant. The breakfast in the morning is far more than contenental and works great if kids are involved, but a nice accomidation either way.

Same type of room as a previous stay and always liked the room as well as service and location. This time there was hair in the bathroom sink and shower as well as a large ball of hair on the floor by the trash can in the bathroom. Also multiple young children in room next door that at 7a-8a ran around in hallway laughing and playing. Pretty hard to sleep with that going on. Also at 11-12 at night you could hear the kids playing through the vents in our bathroom. Aside from that the staff were friendly and the guards were very nice and friendly.

Security after 10 om asks for the Hotel cards upon entrance. Employee was very rude and told me to get my ass in the elevator when i asked whats the attiude for. Also staff at the breakfast are not friendly. Terrible experience. Front dest at the check in was okay but any misunderstandings might trigger an attitude. Barely smiling as i had to break the ice to feel welcomed with my family. Only one staff tried to.make it better and gave us a free ice cream!

Everyone on staff was super! The gentleman who checked us in was great, efficient and friendly. Annette in the dining room was so personable! Felt like we were having breakfast with friends and family! She’s awesome!
