Booked two rooms for a quick family trip. Considered staying at a nicer hotel but decided to give this a try based on the reviews. Did not disappoint! This was the best experience we've had at a Hampton Inn. The property appears to be new. Rooms were modern, comfortable and very clean. Reception went out of their way to get me adjoining rooms. Big plus. Kids loved the pool and breakfast was great. All in all couldn't have asked for a better stay.

We will definitely be staying here again! Great location, clean room, and great service. They even have a great complimentary breakfast which is a must have in a city like Chicago. The staff was great also. We had to switch trains for an earlier one due to weather and got into Chicago in the AM. Check in is 4pm and with two small children we were worried about what to do for hours but the staff helped us out and luckily had a room available.

Close to everything we needed on our trip. Room was comfortable, the breakfast that was included had lots of choices of foods to eat, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint is they didn't have enough parking - the lot was tiny and people were hogging 2 spaces with 1 vehicle and n one enforced the one sot per vehicle rule. We complained about it to the attendant and he said he would look into it but we were lucky we got a spot at all. We left our car and hoofed it or travelled with family because we were worried we'd never get a spot to park if we dared to move our car it was so limited!!
