The reason that we booked that hotel was for the indoor pool. The pool was closed the entire trip so we ended up with restless children....🙄

Loved this hotel! Location, parking and convenience was everything!! Unfortunately was supposed to have rooms side by side with the people we traveled with, but it took so long for our rooms to be clean/ ready we had to get rooms at opposite ends of the floor. As well as, I have 3 small children and was given a room with a handicap shower and no bathtub. Overall stay, was great though!!!!

This was our third time staying at the Holiday Inn Wolf Point. Excellent hotel for a bargain in the middle of the city! Beds are nice, rooms are quiet, lobby area is lovely. Our kids love the pool. Finding the sauna this time was a fun surprise! The staff are top notch and go out of their way to accommodate guests. We’ll be back!

Parking was very confusing with little to no signage. We had to buzz the parking lot attendant over the intercom just to make sure we were in the right place. Once we were parked and out of the garage, there were no signs indicating which building around us was the hotel. We had to ask the receptionist in the building above the garage, which, strangely, was attached to an apartment building and had lots of signage for residents. Once inside the hotel, the reception was wonderful. The room was comfortable and the beds were fine. My 9-year-old, however, found a Viagra pill on the floor that housekeeping must have missed. The ceiling right around the shower fan was bubbled and looked like it had mold that had been painted over. The pool was ice cold, so our kids were very disappointed that they couldn’t swim. On our second morning, the shower went from lukewarm to cool. The breakfast buffet was decent, though the coffee was terrible. Our stay definitely wasn’t bad, but I think we would try a different hotel next time we visit Chicago.

I don’t know if I will be using Expedia again. I feel as though the price that was quoted kept going up and I thought I had already paid for parking and when I looked on the website again parking was included then we were in a different hotel than what I thought I signed up for. My children enjoyed the view and the concert that they went to but this is the first time that Expedia has been so confusing for me.

Very happy with the hotel overall.. the cleanliness, amenities and location are great! Some of the ppl that work the front desk though, are not very nice and borderline rude…a couple are nice and helpful. I tried to get late checkout by only an hour the last 2 times I stayed because I was waiting on my family to come from out of town…and they said they had “none available” I’ve never been told that at a hotel before and when I went to the lobby to wait, the hotel was like a ghost town, so I’m not sure why it “wasn’t available” They also have a little store that’s 24 hrs so that’s nice for a late night snack or simple hygiene products or medicines. Definitely one of my favorite places to stay when going to Chicago!

The Hotel was nice. However it is the second time in 4 months where the pool heater was not working. I asked the staff and the response was,”we can move you to another property in Chicago”. Many disappointed families were told this. Management should pay attention.
