Clean and safe hotel in downtown Chicago. Our family has a great stay here. Only recommendation for the hotel website is to add information about which parking garage to use for those with a car since the hotel does not have parking. And, include information on how one can pay for parking though the hotel at the Poetry Garage which allows one to come and go as often as they like without having to purchase a new space every time one leaves. There is no information on parking at all on the website.

Building itself was decent. Closing the roads with protests to the point where we could not enter the hotel, made my family a bit uncomfortable. The mattresses need to be replaced. Offered no support so we could not sleep and the refrigerator was not cold enough to chill a water bottle.

The person that checked in didn't let us know room cleaning service was only on request note was there a sign in the room. Also the property mentioned coffee all the time but never was refreshed. We were 2 adults n a kid but they started counting the towels, body wash etc which made us really uncomfortable

Love the location. Loved that we were upgraded to a junior suite for free. Love the size and cleanliness of the room. Love the free Breakfast in the morning. Staff friendly and helpful. Uncomfortable with 1. Constant exhaust noise in the room. 2. The mattress dipped in the center. 3. The sink drain, drained slowly. We would come back for an event for sure.

We selected this property for the location- close to Millennium Park and the Art Institute. The room was very nice as was the breakfast. It was unclear as to how to approach the hotel entrance and the parking lot. When we were checking in, the staff member noted that they did not have the type of room available that I requested, but he said he had one available near the elevator. I asked if it was quiet near the elevator. He said it was, but it was not. To top it off, there were two families with kids in nearby rooms who were very noisy coming in around 11:00 that night, running from room to room-took me awhile to fall asleep. The room was nice sized with lots of plug-in areas, a refrigerator and a coffee maker. Bathroom also nice, well-lit and with supplies such as soap, shampoo and hand cream, which our last hotel did not have. If we came to Chicago again, we would likely choose the same hotel-We would just make sure we had a better room location.

It was a nice place, I would’ve given a better review but I did get stuck on the elevator twice, the second time it lurched and dropped a bit. I had my small baby with me and it sent me into a full panic attack and the staff didn’t really seem too concerned about it..

Clean and convenient hotel for visiting downtown Chicago. The only negative feedback I have is that beds are way too tall so I was afraid for my toddler, and they have a convenient market but didn't have toothpaste, kind of a first necessity!

The staff was exceptionally helpful when I called, checked in and throughout our stay. It is ideal for walking from train/OTC and to the theater for our trip. The safety of having to use the key card to enter/use elevator made us even more secure with having our family with us.

Nice, clean, and safe family hotel. Stayed here for concert at United Center which was only 2 miles away. Traveling with kids so took Uber. I was concerned about safety when booking a hotel and this turned out to be good choice bc of location, security and overall easy access to United Center as well as tourist attractions. Not a lot of bells and whistles here but very nice quality place to stay.
