Hi! I know the eco friendliness program is in full swing, but having someone come in to empty the garbage and make the beds would be nice! I would suggest having this done daily for people to request or decline so that we can return to a cleaned room. It’s part of why we as a family go on vacation, so that I don’t have to clean all the time. Other than that the place was very nice! Everyone was helpful and the building was clean and well maintained!

The staff was amazing and the room was super spacious and clean!! The best layout of a room for a family of 3 who enjoy separate beds and a little privacy. We had the room with two queen beds and a sofa. Amazing view of chicago from the sky deck and the pool was a nice temp! Breakfast had great options and was delicious! Rosemary seasoned potatoes and captain crunch caught my eye! The elevator was a bit hard to navigate at times as you need a key. But great safety feature so no complaints! Would be more than happy to return if we were ever back in town!

The indoor rooftop pool was a hit with our family! This was such a great hotel right in the best location! We will stay here again!

Finding a place to unload and load was quite stressful. I had reserved parking at a ramp that was about a 10 minute walk and the area to get there seemed pretty safe. The room was clean and nice but unfortunately, we had a serious family medical emergency that forced us to leave late that evening so we were not able to enjoy much of the hotel and area.

We loved the comfortable lounge in the lobby! We had a family gathering, and that was our go-to place to hang, before and after outings in the city. And the staff there was so friendly and accommodating!

Great stay for our family. Clean, quiet and approximately 1 mile walk to United Center for Blackhawks game. Hotel parking deck was already full upon 3pm check in, but we found street parking around the corner. Would definitely stay again.

Only negative was parking on site was not available. Had to walk a few blocks to and from nearest parking garage. Close to the united center. Room was perfect for our family of 5. Excellent breakfast, pool, and gym. Greatly enjoyed our stay!

Overall was great, but our room was not very clean -our crawling baby found a pill on the floor (thankfully did not consume it). Bed sheets and comforter were weird - made a paper sound while being moved around - and overall uncomfortable. And also, Id say, pool was over-loaded chemically. However, rooms were nice and spacious, gym was nice and breakfast options were good.

Great location for our Christmas visit with kids who live in neighborhood. Room was very nice- great bed and pillows. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

I couldn't believe you didn't offer your guests parking on the property. I had to park a mile away from the hotel and walk back to the hotel with my toddler...
