Very expensive stay for just average experience. The fridge in the room has been turned off and the cabinet door drilled shut. So, no fridge. I’ve paid far less for rooms with full size refrigerators… You pay a daily $25 “destination fee” that is supposed to include a “souvenir” from the gift shop each day, but somehow they are all out of those… The phone in the room does not work, so it’s impossible to contact the front desk or order food other than by using the app. At check in we were told the room would be cleaned everyday, but it was never cleaned the whole time we were there. There was only one remote control for the two televisions in the room, not a major deal, but in the evenings when your trying to relax as a family sharing a remote between two different rooms is a pain (again, for a fairly pricey room). The coffee shop closes for the afternoon, so make sure you wake up in time to get coffee because the in room coffee is not great.

Staff was not very clear on a lot of issues at hotel. Also, some of the options like the restaurant were way overpriced. They did offer a discount coupon for the restaurant but still over price. Also employees at front desk very confusing. Don't know if I would go back overall it's not a bad place last me not very kid friendly since I had my children at the restaurant, they seem like we couldn't afford to be there

Cub’s Convention, 2024. Great stay with friendly atmosphere, especially our breakfast waiter, David Kenny, at the River Cafe, who seemed like family by the end of the trip. Excellent waiter!

We enjoyed our stay and location of hotel. Pool area was amazing and family friendly. However, our mattress was awful for adult. Our kids didn’t complain though 😊

I spent 2 and half hours checking in to the hotel for NYE. Very poor hotel management. Short staffs and dinning is so bad. The swimming pool and water are so dirty. If you are booking this hotel for the same reason - indoor swimming pool then don’t try. The room is so dirty. Not amenities at all. Everything needs to call and requested. It takes forever for them to deliver something. Overall is poor management. Very bad hotel room and not family friendly.

Not very kid friendly, in my opinion. They need more food options for kids in their restaurants besides the snack options.

Check in was very slow. It was Saturday night on a holiday weekend and I think they had only 3 people checking in. The line took at least 30 minutes. We arrived to check in at 6:30 and they said there weren't any rooms ready yet. They said they were fully booked and were still cleaning. My spouse thought they might have overbooked because the people next to us said they were told the same thing several hours earlier. It seemed like check-in was not well-organized based on their reservations and bookings. They let us check our luggage and texted us when our room was available/ready so we were at least able to go get dinner. Due to a number of weddings that evening, the parking garage was full so we parked at a different garage which was actually cheaper, but not as convenient. Check in was the only hiccup. The rest of our stay was great: room was clean, comfortable, nice view of river and city, had a cocktail at the bar that was great, the kids enjoyed the pool. It was probably just really chaotic on Saturday with so many events, the holiday weekend, etc.

Our stay was good. Unfortunately there were a group of college kids that rented out part of the hotel and were chaotic running up and down the halls being extremely loud at 4 in the morning. Other than that the stay was good. The destination fee was a bit off putting as well.
