The hotel was perfect for our family reunion. Having the two pools was perfect! We really enjoyed the evenings by the pool when it seemed to clear out and it was just us. The restaurant and hotel bar were great.

My room was not properly cleaned. Me, and my children couldn’t breathe in the room.

I’m super disappointed with my stay here! The room has no ventilation when it’s warm outside. The ac worked like sh-t! The air was stagnant and stinky. It felt unclean. Luckily we had a couple days of decent weather and were able to have the balcony door open. There was no personal refrigerator in the room. There’s a wet bar with extremely overpriced sh-t. I’m currently disputing a $74 charge for a mini champagne that I did not consume. The ice machines are out on just about every floor. The vending machine was out of water. I had to get cups of water from the bar. I was so excited to check out of there this morning. I was charged an additional $177 for parking! We were there for 4 days. The only good thing about this place is the location and the balcony. If you for some reason have to stay here and have a family, pack a cooler and snacks. Also, the internet was really bad! It was impossible to watch anything on Netflix. Oh and my back is hurting like a b*tch from the horrible mattress! Don’t waste your money!

This location is SO CLOSE to everything! A super short walk to Millennial Park (which was perfect for pictures, and stuff for the kids) and walking distance to the waterfront. We also walked to The Museum of Ice Cream and tons of shopping. The check-in process was seamless. They even waived the early check-in after telling them I had two sleepy babies in the car and it was Mother’s Day. :-) That was such a relief. We decided to pay the $75 valet fee (which conveniently came out of the $100 nightly incidental fee) so we could come and go as we please with our vehicle without paying multiple times to park but because of the close proximity to everything - we never even used our car! Valet guys and bellhops customer service was FIVE STAR! Super friendly and always helpful with a sense of urgency and class! There’s a limited selection Starbucks on-site which I didn’t know until we left - great selling point that could be mentioned at check-in for tired parents. ♥️ Room service prices seemed reasonable although we decided to order DoorDash instead since there were so many delivery fee free options! Seamless delivery as well as many people were opting for DoorDash! My only complaint is that the room could’ve used a deep clean. It was fine surface level but you can tell it hasn’t had a deep clean in a while. The views were incredible and we had a corner unit with walkout balcony but couldn’t really enjoy the view because the windows were SO dirty. Baseboard dust accumulation, etc.

The staff was very friendly. However, the walls are thin and the late night guests can be easily heard rambling through the hallways, slamming doors. I wouldn't recommend for a family. The room was ok - the bedding was terrible. but we were there for just a night. No robes - and no signs that they recycle or reduce waste.

This hotel was great. The only thing is the parking. It was $59 each night for parking. It is surrounded by stores so you can shop, and places that you can enjoy yourself even with kids. I would definitely go back but try to figure out something else for the parking.

I had a rough checking in the I wasn’t given the room I booked. I then upgraded and to a balcony room but again I was given the wrong room. I hated the inconvenience. I had a baby I wanted to settle and enjoy the hotel. But I guess we just need to advocate for ourselves.
