I stayed in this hotel with my little ones and it was very clean, affordable, luxury feel, and it was conveinent to where I needed to be. The hotel gives you access to the nearest parking garage which wasn't bad at all. I will plan to stay here again.

This hotel was perfect for our stay with our 2 kids. The room was spacious and the kitchen was great for quick meals/snacks. The area was quiet and we felt comfortable walking back in the late evening. We loved how walkable it was to Millennium Park, the Mag Mile and the subway to/from O’Hare. We were able to easily walk with our luggage a few blocks to and from the hotel. The breakfast was WONDERFUL! So many options, spacious dining room, and a great way to start each morning. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chicago!

We had another great stay at the Residence Inn in Chicago.. Our kids love the breakfast and the location. We were surprised that the towels were getting thin. It may be time to replace them.

My family arrived early and were quite anxious, but the quick check-in process alleviated our concerns and left us extremely satisfied. Furthermore, all the staff members were exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was impeccably clean. Overall, we were highly pleased with our experience.

Visited Chicago for a quick get away with kids 6 and 9. Loved the studio with trundle- it was perfect for us. The kitchen had a full fridge and microwave and oven which we used for leftovers. The extra space was great. Spacious bathroom but no bathtub (this might have mattered to me when my kids were little.) The included breakfast was amazing and changed daily. We were really close to everything we wanted to get to - we walked to Michigan and the ice-cream museum, and took a quick Uber to the museums. (We probably could have walked but chose not to.) Beware the Field museum during a rams game! Roads close! The staff were great and always responded quickly- we had a badly skinned knee and the door men were amazing with bandages from first aid kid and help. The ice water when you walk in was a nice touch! Great experience overall.
