It was a last minute booking when coming to Savannah for a BananaBall event. This was also post-Helene. The hotel was in great shape and in a good area. The location is so naturally placed that is camouflaged in the surrounding neighborhood. It’s right next to the railroad and children’s museum. The staff has been fantastic! Very polite and attentive. The facility is comfortable and lightly appointed. The included breakfast was very good, but a typical continental fare. Parking is a premium, but available. Valet service was available for $30/night (unlimited).

Very nice stay and good service. Pool view, door between bedroom and fold out couch area. Well lit courtyard that was secure. Roomy cottage. 2TVs. Tv remote was difficult to operate. Small gap in cottage door on bottom and lower side letting light in and possible bug entrance. Nice pool and family oriented hotel. Only a few blocks from the action in downtown area and about a 18 minute walk to it.

Our key pad was broken and we were displaced for about an hour and the marketplace had almost zero food and drink variety. Also during the day, a family of children not staying at the hotel was swimming in the pool all day, just in underwear.

Overall stay was good; could use a remodel & more secure courtyard gates. Convenient location, far enough from the tourist hype but easy to walk to everything. It’s directly adjacent to the children’s & railroad museums, which is perfect for families with small children.
