Overall nice hotel, close to restaurants, bars and shops. . You hear all outside noise from your room. I could clearly hear families conversations.

I chose this hotel because they’re pet friendly and I was driving to North Carolina alone with my dog to meet my family. they took care of me and my dog as if we were the number one guests! the location is excellent I had the opportunity to walk along the Riverwalk and enjoy an excellent meal I recommend it 1000%

I booked 2 rooms over a month ago. I asked for adjoining rooms. I called to confirm that my rooms were adjoining the day before we checked in, and the girl at the front desk just said “yeah”. When we arrived, not only were the rooms not adjoining, they were 4 floors apart. The receptionist said that there were no adjoining rooms for the type of room I booked, and there are none left anyway. If given the option, I would have simply changed the “type of room” but I was under the impression everything was fine. We were disappointed, but I am glad I didn’t bring children with me. If you book 2 rooms, over a month in advance you should be able to have something closer than 4 floors apart. I won’t stay here again.

The hotel was great, only complaint is the concierge didn't have much help to figure out plans for guests with toddlers. Also if you are walking around with a stroller it can be hard to get back from river street!
