Claudia was amazing and very helpful with our Accommodations we needed for my elderly grandfather. Jose made a very delicious breakfast for our family. I would recommend people to stay here when in town.

Booked this because they offered shuttle service. Then told me and kids that they had no spots left when I arrived. Had no choice but to stay anyways and got no compensation. Never stay at Wyndham

Property and room are generally very well maintained and staff is courteous. Only complaints are re: breakfast (not included and selections and food are subpar). Second, they did not have enoughy cribs/pack n plays available to accommodate my family.

We booked this hotel the night before heading to Port Canaveral for two reasons: first, for the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and second, for the kids breakfast. We ended up waiting over 90 minutes in the rain with two small children for the shuttle to arrive, despite being told the driver was on his way multiple times - the hotel was a 10 minute drive from the airport. Then, in the morning, when we attempted to get breakfast for our kids before checking out we were told it would be a two hour wait as the kitchen staff was backed up.

$3 for parking in their huge lot with no cars was kinda dumb, and you had to run back out to your car to put the pass in it after you checked in. Also, a 10:30pm call to the room when my wife and kids were sleeping about some form I didn’t sign, that I actually did was annoying. But the hotel it’s self was clean and nice.

We called for a shuttle at 11:00, no shuttle came until 12:20. So many people arrived during that long time period that the driver left a whole family at the airport and told them no one would be back until 4 am. We have to be back at the airport in the morning and were informed all shuttles were full so we have to leave extra nearly at 5 which means my kids get 4 hours of sleep before we have to leave.

When we arrived police were present and they were searching the hall/rooms looking for someone. My kids were terrified to go to sleep. The faucet was beyond loose, as it moved drastically when turning it on/off. There were stains on the white towels and on the top cover. The floors in the room were sticky. I would not recommend, we were only there for about 4hrs for a flight layover and I would not go back or recommend.

Great hotel! It is clean, nicely decorated, and the staff is kind. The shuttle picked us up from the airport (FYI you’ll meet them at pickup number A4) and we called when we got off the plane, but they said to call back once we were at the pickup location. We called back and we waited for 45 minutes for the shuttle to come. That was frustrating, but otherwise the stay was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, the hotel was clean, and they were very accommodating with providing an infant crib. The shuttle on the way back to the airport was on time and we didn’t have any problems there. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!
