We stayed here for two days waiting for the rest of our family to arrive from the UK. The hotel is clean and reasonable and in a relatively pleasant area so we were able to walk to the nearby restaurants and park. Would defo stop here again if we needed somewhere near Orlando Intenational.

Great experience staying at this hotel. However I do wish that the complimentary breakfast hours were longer than 7am to 9am as this hotel is convenient for those who are traveling by using Orlando international airport (MCO). Also, there was a leak in the ceiling in which the receptionist did not wipe up any water that was splattered on the floor. This is a hazardous situation as elderly customers and children could slip and fall.

Hotel stay was ok, but was not pleased with the shuttle pickup situation from airport. Was not happy to travel with all my luggage and a child to a different terminal for pickup.

Stayed for one night with my family. Paul was very helpful with all my inquiries regarding transportation etc., room is very clean. We only given 1 tiny siap and 1 small shampoo but thats okey we have our own shampoo/conditioner bodywash. Breakfast need some variety everyday. Over all I recommend the place.😊

The room itself was nice & comfortable.. i was very unhappy with the service at the front desk upon check in. Staying at the hotel you anticipate the courtesy shuttle that would take you to the airport however you need to make sure that you call them way in advance in order to get on the courtesy shuttle as it was full and i had to call a Lyft To pick us up at 5am. Traveling alone with a preschool age child was quite nerve wracking... and when checking in asking about the time of shuttle pickup the staff member did not even acknowledge my frustration, that there was no mention to call in advance for a reservation, Just said "nope its full all day" a simple sorry or apology goes a long way in customer service.

I dont understand all of the negative reviews on this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, with working air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The pool was nice, the only thing that wasn't that great was the hot tub. There was a mother with children that allowed them to jump in and out of it when people wanted to use it. In addition, the water wasn't hot at all. But other than that, i would stay here again.

The rooms were not quiet. One elevator made entry and exit rather time consuming. The bathroom floor was disgusting - so dirty we made our kids wear socks in the bathroom. The sink did not drain well. The A/C did not function properly.

The tables in the front lobby were all dirty- they hadn’t been cleaned and wiped off. When I went into the lobby early (around 7a) there were 2 adults and 2 babies sleeping on the sofas. This was strange and I felt unsafe sitting in the lobby.
