I was very happy to stay there with my family .for my sons graduation . The only thing was the bed were as comfortable as I thought they will be. But other wise everything else was great .

I usually don't give reviews but the first night my family and I did not like it because it was dirty. We wanted to use the pool and jacuzzi were dirty and we could not use. The bathroom smelled like old sweat, bed sheets felt dirty so we asked for new ones and they were nice to give them to us but they told us they change every three days. But it's nice.

The bed sheets had stains , room was very dirty. Price was good , but not worth it. Found some eyelashes on the floor , my babies had some rash onnthe skin as well as me. Never had this experience with this company. Very dissapointed. This was my once a year family vacation. If you run out of the small shampoo they give you they make you faces in the reception. My husband also went for more toilet paper and they did the same thing asking him sarcastically "why is there no more?". Not sure why they would question the basic needs that should be met in a hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff is what made the whole stay enjoyable!!!! Every single person was amazing. The woman with the head wrap was our favorite! The showers are kinda awful with no water pressure, but that’s ok. The breakfast is great. Dining options very close by and has a little golf cart transport service to take you to restaurants and he runs on tips only! They have a free airport shuttle, but have to Uber to parks like Disney and universal. Only about 45 min from coco beach! The ihop close to the hotel has kids eat free 4-10pm every night ages 12 and under. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for two days waiting for the rest of our family to arrive from the UK. The hotel is clean and reasonable and in a relatively pleasant area so we were able to walk to the nearby restaurants and park. Would defo stop here again if we needed somewhere near Orlando Intenational.

Great experience staying at this hotel. However I do wish that the complimentary breakfast hours were longer than 7am to 9am as this hotel is convenient for those who are traveling by using Orlando international airport (MCO). Also, there was a leak in the ceiling in which the receptionist did not wipe up any water that was splattered on the floor. This is a hazardous situation as elderly customers and children could slip and fall.

Hotel stay was ok, but was not pleased with the shuttle pickup situation from airport. Was not happy to travel with all my luggage and a child to a different terminal for pickup.

Stayed for one night with my family. Paul was very helpful with all my inquiries regarding transportation etc., room is very clean. We only given 1 tiny siap and 1 small shampoo but thats okey we have our own shampoo/conditioner bodywash. Breakfast need some variety everyday. Over all I recommend the place.😊
