Me and my family enjoyed staying here

We booked this property based off of the star rating. It was horrible from check in with rude customer service to no water pressure to broken down mattresses and dirty accommodations. Must have a large family all supporting and leaving 5 stars… I don’t get it!!

Efficient check in and check out. Good shuttle service to airport. Unfortunately the pool was out of action and looked like it had been for a little while. Sadly was one of the main reasons we booked here to entertain the children waiting for flight which was later in the day. Building looks tired which is odd considering it is only recently built. Overall good value, friendly staff with good service but facilities not up to expected standard.

My kids and I stayed for 2 nights. Was super clean and the beds are so comfortable! Would definitely stay again!!

The check-in process was smooth and easy. Front desk staff was friendly throughout my 2 day stay! I ate at the restaurant and the food was good and a nice sized portion. Parking was free and plentiful. My family and I felt safe during our stay. Our family has stayed at many hotels in the world and we felt the room was comfortable and nice. We would stay here again. The price was reasonable as we booked through Expedia.

Its good for the price. Staff could be more accomodating specially for a family of 3 with a 6y old who check in at 1am.

The hotel itself is very nice. Very clean and brand new. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The service leaves something to be desired. We landed at the airport and went to the designated spot to be picked up by the shuttle. Waited close to 1/2 hour for the driver to get there. Lady at the front desk was not friendly and took forever to get our room. Likely not that big of deal except it was nearly midnight traveling with my 3 kids. The hospitality definitely leaves much to be desired.

It was horrible. We went into our room and saw some black dots on the bed, thought it was lint. Low and behold it was a couple of bugs. We took a picture and showed it to the manager. A supervisor for housekeeping stated he never saw any bugs. Manager didn't care if we had a picture. Manager stated we had 8 people in the room. Yes we did but not to stay they were friends that stopped by to see us. We requested a refund but was denied due to 3rd party reservation(Expedia) Manager offered us another room but we declined because we were creeped out by the bugs. We even spoke with another guest that had the same issue. Because we didnt get a refund my son in law decided to stay in a different room, different floor and my daughter and grandkids to a shuttle to the airport and slept there for 10 hrs. The 2nd room had a leak above the toilet. No one ever came to check on it. Just horrible

Everything was wonderful. I have stayed in alot of hotels. For family trips and work trips. I try to stay budget friendly and i have to say this has been the best hotel. Its above expectations for the price. It was quiet, friendly staff,quick check in and out. The property inside and out was well maintained.

I was there for a party and my family reserved rooms.my sister had a conformation for two rooms on her itinerary, but only one was in the system. When my sister tried to show the receptionist, she didnt want to even see the proof. She should've simply gave her another room per the itinerary. They had to get another room in a nearby hotel. Shame!
