We were on a Royal Carribean cruise and returned on Friday, Aug 23 morning. My wife booked an overnight stay to catch our flight at MCO at 5:15 am the following morning. The airport shuttle service was convenient. Got picked up and dropped off the airport. We were glad that although we arrived early at the hotel our room is all ready. I got to enjoy the pool all to myself before the rain. My family of 6 thanks the staff and the hotel for nice relaxing and comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We just stayed over night in order to take my son to the airport. The shuttle was full, since it only allows 11 passengers and we are a family of 6. This meant on top of paying $14 to park our car during our stay at the hotel we also had to drive to the airport and pay to park there while dropping off our son. However the guy there on duty told me to call a day ahead for the next weekend when we came back to pick up our son.

We liked it overall. Thr air conditioning and the filters in that was not cleaned for long as I can see lot of dust accumulated in that causing my 4 year old toddler to sneeze and cough constantly during night times..

The hotel facility is ok, but the employees are very nice and friendly! And the shuttle bus to the airport is convenient for family. The breakfast is fantastic! So overall is very good!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent and the location was convenient. Unfortunately the building itself was not the quality that we have previously experienced with this chain. The rooms were not soundproofed and we could hear everything in the room above us causing us to wake around 3 a.m. to the sound of furniture being drug around for at least 30 minutes one night and loud music and voices the other night. As a result our family did not sleep well either night which defeats the purpose of staying in a hotel.

My family was stuck due to missing our plane, after a horrible experience at another place, we booked this at the last minute and upon arrival we were so pleased. The front desk staff was super helpful, the room was clean and inviting and the complimentary breakfast was the icing on the cake. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be returning!
