The property was very well lit and clean. The staff was very polite and accommodating. The room wasn’t very clean and the bed and bedding was filthy. The free breakfast offered was good enough to start the day with. My family and I only stayed here for one night and I feel that was enough any longer and I would have found other accommodations.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel because it was friendly and clean. The staff were very helpful. The only complaint I have about this hotel is the pool had too much chlorine to the point that it messed up my bathing suit by discoloring it. Overall, my family and I really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was really nice, smelled clean, looked clean, spacious room, coffee and tea available all day and the staff was super nice and helpful. Free shuttle to and from the airport and also to near by restaurants. Even my kids said this hotel was really good and we should stay here again. I think we will

Gal checking us in was not very professional was rattled when we asked for a luggage cart. Rather rudely said if there are any they would be by front door. Proceeded to tel us she just checked in 5-7 families and could be a bit for one. Which was fine she could of chosen better tone to say it in,

Best room darkening shades ever - slept until 8:30 on sunny AM with very light sneaitice family. Staff was helpful and friendly and breakfast including Belgian waffles.

The hotel was clean. However, the transportation from airport to hotel was terrible. I waited almost 2 hours at the airport with 3 young children for the shuttle. It finally came at 1230am and the hotel is 3 miles from the airport. Highly disappointed in the transportation.

The room was very spacious and had a kitchenette. The gathering area was big enough for my whole family to congregate. One of the elevators were broken at the time but nothing we could do. The shuttle service to and from airport is a plus.
