The place was great, very clean and very comfortable. The room have floor tiles so don’t have a smell of carpet. I’m considering to staying there the next family trip. Have a gas station walk distance and 5 minutes to airport. Good price, nice breakfast.

This hotel will probably be my go to for all my trips to Orlando from now on. We loved it! Their front desk agent, Alex, was amazing and so accommodating when we checked in. The rooms and overall property was clean, stylish, well kept, and, affordable. We had a 2 queen bedroom and the beds were super comfortable and soft. There was a mini fridge in the room and a microwave in the lobby area. This made it keeping food easy, especially, traveling with a toddler. The free breakfast was convenient too! Lastly, I loved the outdoor and indoor seating. Coming from a cold climate state, I enjoyed being able to sit outside and bask in the sunshine and warm weather.

Worst shuttle service ever. They only have one (slow) shuttle and not enough capacity to handle the number of guests. The shuttle driver should be fired. We waited for 45 minutes (after calling the hotel to ask about the shuttle) and were told “he’s on his way back.” When he arrived he allowed another family who had just gotten in line on board because he had their names on a piece of paper, and didn’t seem to care that others had been waiting longer. He threw massive attitude and just told everyone else to “call the hotel!” and that he’ll be back in 30 minutes. We ended up taking an Uber to the hotel only to find him sitting outside smoking. What a terrible service.

I did not like the child like finishes in the room I was not told how to operate lights since this is a new system to me personally, I was in the dark other than the bathroom light check in although the person was attractive, she was not interested in my stay

Amazing customer service, very caring. My flight was cancelled early in the morning, postponed till next day, check ins are not till 3 pm, but they let me check in as soon as I called, 11 am, when they found out my situation and specially I had a baby. They send the shuttle to pick me up and the front desk had everything waiting for me. When I get in room, was so clean. Again amazing, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I frequently visit Orlando, this will definitely be my go to hotel! The staff was friendly, the food was great and the rooms were extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable, which allowed me to sleep like a baby after a 8 hour flight!!

This was a great place for our overnight stay prior to our cruise. We had a large family and the front desk clerk, Sol, was very accommodating and went over and beyond to make our stay relaxing.

Our flight was delayed and it took an hour to get our luggage. By the time we called the hotel, the shuttles were closed. Kayla was so kind and understanding and called us a complimentary Uber. We walked in and she said you are all checked in and handed us our keys. Our children were so tired and irritated by our flight so getting keys right away was so helpful. Our room was clean! Breakfast was simple but good. Thank you!

It had everything we need it. Very practical layout, modern look. We loved the hooks on the wall to hang your clothes, instead of a narrow closet. We loved the rounded furniture edges. It was perfect for little kids to keep them safe. The breakfast was great, better than others hotels we stayed in. The location was great!
