Horrible customer service and awful management, please avoid this hotel as PLAGUE, they made my family with 2 young kids waiting at 1:35 am post midnight when we were checking in after a long day reaching here, they said can’t find my reservation and after almost 45 mins of checking finally say that they were overbooked and hence even though my reservation was booked and confirmed they are not able to allot room since they were double and overbooked. Completely unacceptable and utterly unprofessional!!!

The staff was very friendly and very accommodating we needed 3 different things and they came thru with all of them. 1. We missed our flight I grabbed on this site quickly and called for shuttle as I figured they had with close distance and they were there in 10 min. 2. We needed early check in cause we had a sleepy baby. 3. We needed a pack in play for baby they gave us a nice clean one and the short one day stay was great. I say clean because we had a dirty stay at the hotel across the street /side street and that place was digusting and the pack and play had stains all over at the other hotel so we were delighted how clean this hotel was.

Very spacious for our family of 5. Clean. Convenient to airport. Shuttle was great. Did not like the pull out sofa, it was just a bunch of springs to sleep on.

The hotel is old and needs new carpets in the rooms and it shows. The staff was very nice and happy to help with restaurant recommendations. It's close to the airport and a good hotel for families coming and going to Disney.

Typical experience. They shut down the breakfast ASAP right on the dot so don’t be late and room clock was wrong for us so good thing I checked my phone. Watched two families turned away.

This is a really nice hotel. My family with 2 small kids stayed the night after flying in for a Legoland vacation. The hotel has large comfortable rooms, nice breakfast spread and a great outdoor pool. Its a 5 minute drive from the airport.

Our family needed a place to stay near the airport for an early morning flight the next day, read reviews of this particular Hampton Inn and selected it. The location is great, just minutes from MCO, with many other hotels around it along with some restaurants which we would’ve eaten at if we had more time. The studio suite was very spacious, beds were comfortable, and very comparable to those at the deluxe resorts at Disney. Check in was quick with friendly staff, and check out was simply dropping off the key cards at the front desk. Didn’t have time to try out the outdoor pool but it looked clean. Would highly recommend this hotel for any short stay, we liked it.

Had wonderful stay, great customer service, wonderful hot breakfasts, shuttle service 24/7 to hotel form MCO and vise versa. Our room was wonderful, fresh smell, so clean . We stayed after picking out kids up from there flight from Japan back to MCO. Beds so comfortable as can be. We all would stay here again. Close to everything even walkable to restaurants near the hotel.

Booked through orbitz for a 2 bed and went to check in and their record shows a one bed. I have 2 adults ans 2 children and show check in rep my confirmation of 2bed. She tells me "you didnt book through us thats what happens when you book through a third party" asked to speak to a manger and she said there wasnt one on duty ans i could either leave or sleep on the floor. Contacted orbitz and here i am 6 days later requesting a refund and the hotel hasnt responded. Staff was absolutely rude and nasty towards you if u try and tell them they were wrong.

The rooms were spacious and really nice. The kids got to swim in the pool late night. Good breakfast. No complaints. Would stay here again.
