Room was clean and comfy. Had an issue with the door key not working; and after staff had recalibrated it; door key was still a bit troublesome. Staff were friendly and helpful; and arranged transportation for me from and to airport. Will recommend your hotel to friends & family going to Orlando.

The stay was good, the hotel was very clean, the pool area was nice and relaxing. The hotel staff was extremely nice. My family and I would totally stay there again, the only complaint would be that the staff of Starbuck located inside the hotel lobby was not so nice, they seem to be a little rude and unfriendly at times.

Rated a 5 star hotel. Was hardly that! Lacked amenities and the lobby/bistro/ bar was less than desirable. Not sufficient parking we had to park in an adjacent businesses parking lot and walk a good distance with our children and luggage. Overrated and unimpressive! Your rating misses the mark on this site!

we are a family of 5 staying in a double queen room with a roll away bed and we had plenty of room. The hotel was clean, updated and had a pleasant staff an overall good experience.

We needed a night by the airport before meeting incoming family for Disney World. Was perfect for that. Shuttle to airport was quick and courteous. Some vacationing families were there. Would be fine for business travel too. Rates were good and fair.
