Comfort Suites Orlando Airport

This property is outdated. However if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep this is perfect for you. I traveled with my family of four and we had to ask for a different suite. The shower tube had mold, grout was missing from the tiled floor, and there was brownish streaks of liquid behind the toilet. I always disinfect and sanitize but this was a bit much for me. Management did switch us to a different suite the same night. The property smelled clean but like I said, it’s very much outdated.

Shuttle to the airport and many dinner choices. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the lemon water all day in the lobby was a nice touch. Perfect for our family of five needing a place close to the airport at the end of our Florida trip.

I booked this hotel because it got good reviews for the price and had a shuttle to and from the airport. It took almost 2 hours to get a shuttle back to the airport. There were signs all over about fines for smoking, but the level we were on was filled with cigarette and smoke from weed. The property was outdated, but that was not a huge concern. The check-in and out process took a long time so make sure you have time to check in and out and get to the airport so you do t miss a flight. The breakfast was good for families or large groups with different preferences and the staff was nice.

The staff is awesome. Jose from the front desk helped me and my family a lot. The lady in charge of the breakfast prepared a delicious vegetarian option- breakfast for us. Complimentary tea/ coffee and water all the time makes a difference.

Im really dissapointed in the disconnect between the hotel and the booking apps. My sister booked a seperate room independently and when she checked in after me, the attendant told her that they did not allow more than 4 guests in the room (her family group was 5). The app I used and the app she used to booked both gave us the option to book a room for 5 people so this was so confusing. To make matter worse, we were just there for a couple hours of shut eye during a layover before our next flight. We wasted so much time waiting to call the shuttle, then waiting for the shuttle, and then dealing with these difficulties at check in. In the end, they let all my sister's kids stay in the room but when I got to my room, I had a massively large corner accesibility room. What a joke, there was definetely more than enough space for a room to house 5 people, especially if three were kids. There was a long sectional in the room for christ sakes. Also, booking our morning airport transfer was so confusing. I think the front desk attendant was so tired that he was talking in circles for a minute on this.

The room was spacious. My husband and our toddler stayed in room 521 and I liked the window view. It was a very convenient area to travel via public transportation or ride share. There are also lots of places to eat around. The lobby area was always clean space. The bed mattress was trash-felt like it was over used to the point where it has a body shaped dent in the mattress. The bathtub railings were all nasty with years of griminess. The sink when I pulled the thing to let the water go down it was black with nastiness. I disliked the carpet because it didn’t look clean. Stayed one night before flight. Front desk very pleasant on check. Was given a suite. Very nice, would be great for families. Very clean and bed was comfortable. Easy access to airport and plenty of food options in area. Would stay again.
