Hyatt Place Orlando/Lake Buena Vista

Room was spacious, clean and had more than enough counter space. Housekeeping was great and decorated the beds with our children's stuffed animals. Will stay here again. Very close the Disney parks.

I enjoyed my stay here with the family. They have a pool open till 10pm. Breakfast every morning. The rooms are soundproof enough so your kids do not disturb the neighbors too much. The bathtub lets you soak if you don't wanna go to the pool. They also have a business center. You can use their computer and print documents for free.

My family and I stayed for a quick weekend trip and it was okay. Free breakfast was good but the guest there were messy and the staff couldn't keep up with keeping it clean because of how messy everyone was being. The rooms were okay and clean. Our floor was full of families but it was surprisingly quiet. They were very friendly at the front desk. Overall this was an okay stay and was okay for a weekend trip.

It was ok. The room didn’t have a good sound proof. We can hear everything going on at the hallway and idk if the kids were just loud next door or couple doors down. The ac in the room was loud too. I stayed at Hyatt place before in other location but never this bad. And this hotel is way too big to only have two elevators.

Few things I will suggest to get better: —Charging $17 for parking make no sense since there big signs that you guys are not responsible for any damage to customers vehicles. You guys can easy paid someone to watch our vehicles over night. —my wife and I saw a lot cockroaches. —Noise hallway kids and adults smashing doors.

Nice hotel near Disney. Booked a family room that had bunk beds for the kids.

Only stay here if you do not want to get any sleep. The hotel next door to this one has LOUD Techno parties outside until about 1:00AM. All you’ll be able to hear in your room while your are trying to sleep is constant thumping of bass. Take my advise and stay away from this hotel and others around it unless you plan on going to the party. I have three young daughters and you can imagine how they were in the morning not being able to sleep. I went to the staff and they did not seem to care about it, and knew right away where the music was coming from. Since I booked through Hotels.com they were quick to say I had to contact them for any complaints and credits. Hotels.com said in 72 hours I’ll get an email from the hotel manager whether or not a credit will be issued. We will see if that happens. If Hyatt charges my family for this stay shame on them. Avoid this area if looking for a family friendly hotel experience.

Good location for families of 4 or more.

staff were excellent. We had two rooms One of our family members got locked in both bathrooms. According to maintenance it happens regularly. Maintenance had to come and fix the bathroom sink Not up to standards to other Hyatts we’ve stayed
