Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando - Lake Buena Vista, an IHG Hotel

The lobby had large area for sitting and convenient for families or smaller settings to gather, have coffee, comfortable seating. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Very nice property and easy travel to Disney attractions without congestion.

My family and I stay at this property each time we come to town. The staff is very kind and helpful, especially Armando. We look forward to returning.

I will never book with them again. They gave one of our rooms to someone else and had it relocate my family of 6 down the street. We had a party of 25 friends and we had to move to another hotel away from them. I am furious.

It was Amazing my family love it

Many “small” issues added up to a negative stay for my family. The parking fee went up. It’s now $28, also a $50 deposit. I needed a cold soda (no vending). $5 at lobby “store”. I wanted to wash something in the laundry room…..the soap vending machine was “out of order”. Most of the staff didn’t speak English to ask questions. There were lots of slamming doors late at night and people loudly fighting verbally in the parking lot. Breakfast was okay.

Property is nice if you have a large family. It offers really good breakfast in the mornings however if you're planning to go to the parks, there's only two times open and only certain parks. If you're planning to go to Magic Kingdom, you'll have to go via Epcot. When returning, there are also two times open. It is also like a city buss and not so much as a tour bus like the other hotels. Another downside for us is the walk to Disney Springs. It's almost 3 miles and the walking condition isn't great, there's a lot of garbage and ghetto people about but good thing is there was a few walkers like us so somewhat made us feel safe. I think they should offer a shuttle to DS, or anything else that's local. There were a few Disney giftshops around the hotel but walking to get to them didn't feel safe.

I stayed here for a work conference that was held nearby. I was greatly impressed with my 3-night stay! I was on the 5th floor. Two queens with pullout sofa. Here’s the categories I’ll cover: Room, Lobby, Exterior, and Location Room: Felt spacious even with two beds, desk, and sofa. The lighting was great; easy to locate switches. Walls, wall trim, headboards, carpets were clean. The bathroom was clean. The towels were soft and white. I LOVED the use of Dove products - actually made it feel more like home! I will say the water pressure in the shower could have been stronger. There’s a fridge and a microwave! I’ve stayed at some of the best hotels and dread not having a microwave. And last, they had big clean windows I could see out of clearly! Solid A! Lobby: Clean, front desk reps were kind. The breakfast was great and filling! Oh and I appreciated the side doors being accessible after hours. Made it easier to get back to my room after a night out with my peers. I will say the elevators were pretty slow. Exterior: Again, clean all around, nice landscape. Easy to pull up and checkin! Easy to find parking near accessible side doors. Location: Nice, quiet area. Still close to several food options and other hotels. Felt safe, even at night! Overall, this hotel gets an A! I know it’s a newer property. So I hope they can keep it up over time! I will definitely stay again and I’ll recommend it to my friends and family!
