I honestly thought the pictures made this property look a little better than what I saw in person. The property was clean and staff were incredibly nice. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. We had a balcony room facing the pool and the music playing at the pool could be heard right through the sliding door, along with any screaming kid that was there. Our door latch looked like someone had kicked in the door and instead of replacing the door they just patched it back on. That gave me an uneasy feeling.

My family and I had an easy time getting around with the shuttles and walking to Disney springs. It was very easy to navigate and everyone was super friendly !

Hotel is well placed within walking distance from Disney springs! But since my family arrival i mentioned to the front desk that the safe in the room was not working, they told me everytime that they will send someone to fix it, was there for 9 days and nothing got fixed, also in 3 ocations the cleanning crew took the old towels and left no clean ones, i had to call the front desk to have them bring those to the room, and last but not least important, I talked to the front desk since at the elevator area on our fifth floor, there was a heavy disgusting vomit smell and on our full 9 day stay, nothing was taken care off.

This was the perfect hotel for a couples vacation to Disney World! Not overcrowded with families and awesome amenities / perks! Took advantage of free shuttle, early entry, welcome drinks and breakfast buffet! The property and area is beautiful to a walk to Disney Springs. We could see fireworks from our room facing the pool. Room was cleaned everyday and stocked with water. 10/10 will definitely recommend!

Came here with my family for a trip to the Orlando area, including Disney and this was the perfect place for us to stay. Comfortable and clean rooms. Welcoming and accomodating staff. Very close proximity to Disney Springs, we walked to and from everyday. The park view balcony rooms also have a great view of the fireworks.
