This is a newer, more modern and simple feel to your typical hotel. Pros: Rooms are clean and staff are kind. It’s nestled in a quieter part of town about 20 min away from Disney parks. Publix and Starbucks nearby, which is a perk for our family. Cons: There is an extra charge for daily parking. The laminate floorboards in the bathroom have expanded with the water and creak. Nothing major. Overall would stay here again.

Very close to attractions, quite clean and safe! My only complaint is the light in the main room did not work, but th window was huge and I was gone for dinner every night. The pool is tiny, fine for adults but not if you are traveling with young kids.

First, let me say that I travel very often for my job and I was greatly disappointed in this stay which was for a much needed Mother’s Day vacation with my husband and toddler. On that note, when we walked in to the lobby I had to greet the front desk clerk who didn’t notice us because he couldn’t be bothered to get off his phone. Then he tells me I have to pay $30 per night for parking which was sneaky as it wasn’t obvious on the website and petty for the hotel to require. Nothing to do there just thought I’d mention in case others are looking to book. Then when we went to take a shower there was NO HOT WATER and the GLASS shelf in the shower was very loose and about to fall off. And there were only 2 towels when I specified on the reservation that 3 people will be in the room. Also I guess they have some sort of neon sign on the building so even in the middle of the night the room was lit up so my toddler woke up every few hours thinking it was morning. Speaking of kids, I don’t recommend this hotel if you have littles because it is pretty dangerous. There is no bathtub (only a shower) and the doors to the bathroom and toilet room are barn door style but just hooked on the top, so they can push from the bottom and the door will then slam into them if you’re not careful. Also there’s no privacy in the bathroom as the wall is literally just open to the bedroom in the top and bottom of the wall where the sinks are. Lastly the hallways are DARK, you can barely see.

I did not feel safe at this hotel. After being at the amusement park for 9 hours with a 10 year old I fell asleep as soon as we got back to the room. After 10 mins a random woman used a hotel key and was able to open our door and walk in our room. Scary is an understatement! I spoke to the front desk staff and she was so helpful and gave us special hotel keys for the door. I spoke to another front desk staff person and she provided me with the contact information for the GM and she was very nice and understanding too. I was told I could be refunded for one of my nights but then there was some difficulty because I booked through Expedia and they offered me a free stay. Why would I want to stay there again? After that I have not received any additional communication. Be careful if you stay here. I could’ve hurt that woman protecting my child or she could’ve hurt my child or myself. Just not a good scenario across the board.

If you need a quick sleep 1 night it's nice updated and clean. Food, pool area and breakfast time can be challenging. Bathrooms are not ideal for a family. I'd stay again if it was just me. Hope this helps.

I want to start off by saying that Caesar the front desk service person and Ali the server at the bar saved this place, please give them a thank you. I arrived on January 31 between 8:30-9pm. My first experience with Caesar. He made the check-in experience smooth and welcoming. Also the location is close to great food places, a 5 minute Uber/Lyft ride away. I would also like to highlight Ali, who was unable to provide a full bar/food service due to the lack of supplies. However, she did her best and provide exceptional service with the resources that she had. This property was rated 4.6/5, unfortunately it’s actually a 3.5 star hotel. Their was no spa, airport shuttle or real amenities. Their was no daily cooked-to-order breakfast. The bar/lounge was closed 3 days out of the 7 days I was scheduled to stay. The 24-hour front desk was open, but did not provide much service outside of what was leftover in the re:fuel pantry. I could hear music through the walls everyday. Also the morning of the day that was the final straw, this lady had her baby screaming and crying in the hallway for 20 minutes at 7am, it wasn’t until I opened the door at 7:21am that she went back into her room. Lastly, upon checking out early on the evening of 2/6, I let the young Latina women know that I was checking out early. I placed the keys in the key turn-in and walked away. She then yelled, just to let you know there is not refund for checking out early.

The hotel was nice. If they could maintain the cleanliness, this could be my go-to hotel when visiting. One of the few hotels that is not dedicated to kids or Disney in the area. Staff at front desk and housekeeping were great. Everyone else, not so much.

My family and I stayed it at room 224 and it was a horrible experience. The bathroom sink did not work and room was dirty. I called the front desk and they said they would call me back to resolve the issue. No one has call me or message me. I would never stay in any Aloft hotel in my life. I have a 12 month baby and the hygiene part for me it’s the most important. Horrible horrible experience.
