SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orlando Theme Parks/Lake Buena Vista

We enjoyed & were impressed with our brief stay. The sweet lady that checked us in was so kind and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. My family kept saying, "Good find!" We would definitely stay again.

Had a great time with the family going to the parks. Awesome pool, great breakfast we had a meal at the bar and the staff at the bar was amazing and very friendly. Will stay again

Its a beautiful hotel, all the amenities needed, pool was great for kids and game rooms they went crazy for. Only down fall was the 30$ Deposits per day, and $26 per day for parking too.

First night of our stay our air conditioning did not work in the room. Hotel manager Maria made no attempt to accommodate us to another room said they were all booked basically telling us to put up with the humid and hot Florida weather with our two kids for a night. Horrible customer service.

The staff is not that friendly. Breakfast is the same everyday-below than average. The rooms are cleaned every other day and when they cleaned, they didn’t even vacuum the floor (my toddler left some Cheerios on the floor and when we came back they were still there). I wanted my towels changed so I left them on the floor, and when we came back, we had no towels. I was showering my 2 year and didn’t realize there were no towels so I called front desk and asked them for towels and 30 minutes passed and still no towels . I had to call twice. But I guess for the price this is what you get.

We are a family of 5, it's hard to find a hotel that will accommodate all of us without having to pay extra or having to book a suite or studio room. Our room was perfect for our family. Room was clean. I left a note for the room attendant to please leave extra towels since we were a family of 5 and she did. Pool was spacious and clean. Plenty of seating around the pool, also. Breakfast was crowded but lines moved quickly. There was a large variety for everyone to choose from. Frances at the front desk is very helpful and accommodating!

I chose to stay at this property because it had great reviews, the location was perfect for the parks, and it appeared nice and updated. PROS: The hotel is nice/updated, property and rooms were clean, I liked the cute little splash area for the younger kids, the arcade was great, close to either Universal or Disney, and the parking was free. CONS: I had to continuously ask for more towels for my room and for the pool area; took the staff 2hrs to bring me towels and more toilet paper for the room. Our TV didn't work in the room (fixed); LED mirror in the bathroom was broken (never fixed); there was no AC in the hallways so it was warm/humid (at least on our floor); the breakfast was not good- eggs, microwaved pork sausage, and DIY Mickey waffles eveey day (it was free, so I guess beggars can't be choosy?). Overall: I don't think I'd stay here with my family again. If you're good with a clean, no frills hotel- this one is a decent option.

Very nice, family friendly and food options were good

The kids loved the pool. The room was clean and well kept, easy check in and the staff was nice. A big plus was the complimentary breakfast, with lots of options to choose from. Short drive to Sea World and Universal. The only part seem unfair was the fee for the parking, the parking was not gated and or controlled. They asked at check in if we had a car, and then proceeded to advise we will be charged a $26 tax fee for parking per day. But overall we loved our stay and will consider this hotel for our future trips.
