My wife and I stayed at this property in June on our family trip to Disney World with our baby boy and two year old daughter. All employees were kind and polite. When we arrived I paid about $35 more than was stated in the "Total Cost." I realize that almost all properties have added fees and parking. This was not as advertised. On Hotels.com the "Total Cost" was listed, but the actual amount I paid was about $35 more. I am very unhappy about this. I feel like this is dishonest and not ethical. If this is how all properties are priced on Hotels, then I will say with certainty I will never be booking through the site again. I called Marriott multiple times leading up to our stay asking about teacher or other discounts. I was told there are none. When we arrived, I was told that there is a discount for Georgia residents, but you must apply the discount at booking. Bad communication. We received a room key, but we received no direction as to where our room was. Typically during a check-in, my previous experiences have been to receive some type of map indicating where your room is located. I believe I went to the front desk about 3 times with questions about our room. The room was a very long way away from the desk and from where we had parked. After we had settled in, I walked around the property to orient myself. I discovered the quickest route to our room. I would have appreciated someone to show us this first and directed us where to park.

The hotel rooms were outdated and there was a musty smell in the hallways. There was construction material laying on the carpet in front of two elevators on the 4th floor at the elevators closest to the parking lot on either side. We found out about the construction material on the other side of the floor after we had to get a room transfer due to a leaky a/c. We tried calling the front desk over and over and over for 30 minutes and no one picked up the phone so I had to walk down to the front desk to report the leaky a/c. While I was at the front desk, one of the housekeeping staff walked in on my wife when my wife was not dressed. My wife yelled twice through the door when they knocked that "someone was still in the room and to please come back later" and instead they opened the door while my wife was getting dressed and they would not close the door even though my wife was holding a shirt in front of her to try to cover up. The housekeeper did not speak english and would not shut the door after multiple times of my wife asking "Ma'am I am not dressed, please close the door". She just held the door open asking something in spanish and holding a cell phone. The hotel did issue a $100 credit to our bill, however between everything that happened it just made for a very disappointing part of what should have been a great family trip. We have stayed at other Marriott Courtyards in the past, but this one was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had on any trip.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience my family and I had during our recent stay at the Springhill Suites Orlando from April 12th to April 18th. Our reservation was originally made with the Courtyard via Expedia, and we were anticipating a pleasant stay based on the positive reviews and images of the property. However, upon arrival, we were informed that due to overbooking, we were being relocated to the Springhill Suites. #3243 & #3273 Understandably, we were disappointed by this unexpected change, as the Springhill Suites is a different category of property compared to the Courtyard. Despite our expressed disagreement, the receptionist offered a mere $10 voucher per room per day and breakfast as compensation for the inconvenience caused. While this gesture was appreciated, it did not adequately compensate for the downgrade in accommodations. Furthermore, upon experiencing the breakfast provided at the Springhill Suites, we found it to be very average. It was at this point that we discovered breakfast was already included in our booking at the Springhill Suites, rendering the offer of complimentary breakfast as a form of compensation meaningless In an attempt to address our concerns and seek a resolution, we visited the Courtyard to discuss the situation. It was during this encounter that we had the displeasure of meeting Simon, the Supervisor on duty. Simon's attitude towards my wife and me was appalling. was disrespectful, argumentative

The staff is amazing! We had walked into our room and it was missing the balcony. We went back to front desk and they fixed it immediately. The room was clean and so was the entire environment. Highly recommend for a couple getaway or a family trip with a bigger room.

This place is horrible it reminds me of a elderly facility and what ever is offered online is not available to you when you get there I will never stay at this hotel again the staff was really nice that was the only good thing I wasted my money and time I’m really disappointed my kids wanted a indoor pool but I would call what they have an indoor pool and it was supposed to be heated but it was cold and my daughter dive right in and got sick so our trip was ruined they sad they had a hot tub but there was none and I was really looking forward to that but again I was very disappointed worst hotel ever
