Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs® Resort Area

My family and I absolutely love staying at this property. This was our second stay within the past year. Our favorite things about the property include the location, cleanliness of the rooms, the two swimming pools, and the on-site Joffrey’s!

Great place to stay if you want to be close to Disney Springs. Summer time is insane in front of lobby especially large groups of kids from different countries that are up till 3am running around. Pool was great! Food was average and over priced. Staff upfront is sometimes forgetful. My wife and I had to ask for a crib more then 3 to 4 times and instead we got a playpen after few hours. The view is amazing of Disney springs in the tower. I’m not a fan of the QR code that I have to put in now to get on a bus to Disney park for free when we only had to get up and wait. Very annoying. Also those bus drivers can be super rude when you ask them any questions about where the bus is going late at night. Over all the resort to me has been better in the past, the prices are high. And I feel like I have to do more work now while staying there. Still a nice resort but needs a lot of changes to be better. Also the little gift shop is closed for good it seems?

This location was perfect for our family on our first trip together. I would recommend this to anybody!

We were traveling with a baby and requested a pack and play. The one that was provided to us had a mattress pad that was too small for the crib. We had to explain to hotel staff that it was an unsafe sleep setup for a baby, and insist on being given a new one, as when we initially tried to ask for the problem to be fixed, they just brought a blanket to be laid under the mattress pad, which is unsafe per infant sleep safety guidelines. Later in the week we had the do not disturb sign on the door, as the baby was being breastfed. Housekeeping staff entered the room without even knocking first.

room was dirty brought to the attention. Staff said they would change my room didn't do it then waive the parking fee of $22 really you waived $22 parking fee. Are you kidding me? Another other concessions the staff member seem completely offputting that he had to cop me anything and was very irritated with me when I asked for help with my luggage I did not receive any. I would never ever come here again.

Loved it! Super fun hotel for kids to go to Disneyworld. Walkable to Disney springs. We loved it. Staff were really nice and one girl especially in the snack bar; she was so patient with my son!

We stay at this hotel all the time it is are family go to spot.

I genuinely enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will consider staying near other hotels around the area for our next trip. However there is a specific incident with a staff where they were extremely rude and made a 5 start experience a 3 star experience. This one individual definitely left a bad taste of what could’ve been an on going stay for our family.

Close to Disney spring. Nice pool for kids to swim in evening.

When I’m in the area, I always stay at this location. It is extremely convenient to Disney Springs and all Disney theme parks. It is family friendly. The pool area is beautiful. With a restaurant/bar poolside which makes it convenient to get something to eat or drink while relaxing. The staff is always wonderful and very accommodating From the valet to the front desk, everyone is always very pleasant and very willing to assist.
