We stayed here for a couple of nights for a family trip. Due to comic-con, we paid through our nose (and breakfast was not included). It's a meh property in an ok location. The property looks dated from inside and the carpets are worn out and could use a refresh. On the positive side - the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly.

Overnight family trip for the 4th. All went well thanks to Imani and excellent customer service skils. The hotel is great and highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again.

It was ok. Im not a fan of paying $25 for parking and paying $24 for a buffet breakfast or an extra charge for late checkout when other same class hotels offer this for free. We waited forever to be sat in the busy small dining room for breakfast. There was a baby silverfish in the shower when we arrived. The pool closed at 10pm instead of midnight per the other reviews. On the upside the hotel was very beautiful and nice. The beds were comfortable. However this probably would not be my first choice hotel next time. I think its a one and done for me. Been there done that. Thanks bye.

I always look forward to the Jacuzzi time with family but the last two hours before it closes the jacuzzi was not working. Then it got fixed so then enjoy it for 15 min only cause it was 10pm I know stuff happens but was disappointed. Maintenance guy was awesome he fixed it and we got 15 min atleast. Everything else was perfect love this place and staff is awesome too.

The staff (especially the front desk staff) were awesome. They greeted each guest with a friendly smile and their full attention. We were having a family celebration where we were all staying there and they let us visit together in the lobby ( our group was too big to visit in one of our rooms) which has many seating areas. Can't recommend this place enough. Rooms were very nice

I was traveling with friends for a fun one night stay in San Diego. We felt this hotel was in the Hilton family, so we knew what we could expect. Pre check-in was pleasant. We completed everything including my friend service animal registration. We were told rooms close to eachother was no problem and guaranteed ready at 3pm. At 3:15 we were told rooms were ready, then they were not, then they were togther, then they were not, then the manager raised his voice at us and said we had to wait an hour. Then suddenly the rooms were ready again. It was very bizarre, like we walked in on an emplyee argument and it was taken out on us. The wrost was still to come. We came back, noticed there were parking passes on parked cars. We were never offered a parking pass. This means we had go to the front desk again. It was the same rep from 3:15. My friend paid for parking, and we stood in the lobby entrance while another friend left to put the pass on the dashboard. This entire time, my friend has had his service animal with him. Suddenly, the rep asks across the lobby if he is in a pet room, he's going to have to move rooms, and there are paperwork/fees involved. He walked back to the desk to explain it was a service animal and to show his paperwork. She said no need and gave him a tag to put on the door. He walks back to me. Then, she said, "Are you sure that it is a service animal?" He walked back to the show his paperwork. She was harassing him in front of other people in the lobby.

Please Keep in mind, I am a Hilton rewards member and have stayed at various Hilton hotels throughout California. That being said, I am accustomed to the Hilton standard which is why we always stay with Hilton. This was not the case, upon arrival, I knew the stay was not going to be great from the time we checked-in (lack of customer service or guidance) and room issue. We had a restroom sink back up with raw sewage. I did what anyone would do, call downstairs for help, instead, I received lack of empathy, support, help and compassion for the incident and was told to get a bucket and clear the raw sewage from the sink. Therefore, I was left to scoop sewage water from my restroom sink and basically figure it out. The front desk attendant offered two morning breakfast for the inconvenience, for scooping raw sewage, really! I asked for another room and asked to speak to the manager but neither was available or possible. I was told the manager would be in the morning at 9:00 a.m. but never received a call.I wake up to the same issue, this time the water backed up and spilled on to the floor. I called the front desk again and they finally send a technician to unclog the sink. The technician could not unclog the sink and submitted a request to move rooms due to the serious issue. I finally was approved for a different room with no support or consideration for my families vacation. To date, no phone call from manager (Rafael) to make it right.Disappointing and frustrated.

Conviniently located. Another Hilton branch , nothing too different from others. Most of the staff was ok except the one checking us out. It wasn't busy, she just staring at the lobby though I was right in front of her. After she got our receipt, I told her there was a mistake. She was pretty grumpy, "for future references you should ask question before checking out. Because it is now finalized, I have to issue a refund". I don't know if she was expecting me to apologize for the inconvenience caused by her own mistake. My kids were waiting so I didn't say anything but walk away. There are many other options in the area after all.

Didn't stay there. Called them to cancel and also contacted hotels.com to cancel. We drove down from LA but ended up having a sick baby and tried to cancel. Was told it was hotel's discretion and I guess they decided they didn't want to accommodate. That's fine. Free money for them.

The hotel and our room was Great, the kids loved the pool and hot tub but the 2 nights we were out in the pool out of the 5 we stayed the fire places were not working. Other than that the place was amazing and the staff was great, there is an employee there that has purple colored hair- they were super friendly and helpful was a great first impression. Thank you!!
