Traveled with my family for a total of 5 of us. The room was great. Perfect size and we didn’t feel like it was small. We just did a two night trip and it was perfect. My room was clean there wasn’t any problems we had for the stay. The breakfast was great and had some good options!!!

We stayed here 2 nights (Friday-Sunday) as a family to visit the San Diego Zoo and Seaworld. Conveniently located to each park. About 15 mins from Zoo and 10 from Seaworld. Room was pretty comfortable for a family of 6. We have 4 kids so we got a 2 Queen (full) bed room with pullout couch. Room was nice and clean other than some mildew in shower. Other than that everything was fine as far as the room goes. The breakfast was okay. Most items are lukewarm and my kids said the waffles were not good at all. Kids even complained that Froot Loops had a weird after taste. Luckily they had sealed yogurt cups, bananas and bagels to get something into them that they would eat. Other that that, not bad for the price on a weekend coming from AZ while kids were on fall break.

Size of the room. Perfect for a family of six.

Loved this hotel! We stayed in a suite and enjoyed have a full sized kitchen to make quick meals. The pool area was great and the free breakfast was good quality. We enjoyed the complementary light supper each night as well. Take advantage of the outside firepit, ping pong ball tables, and huge chess set. The hotel is ideal for families.

My family of four enjoyed our 3-night stay. We booked a suite with a full kitchen, living room with pull out couch and bedroom with 2 queen beds. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic! Super close to everything. Decent free breakfast spread every morning as well. Only downsides was the bathroom was pretty hot and there was no exhaust fan and parking is $25/night. Other than that, it was great!

Great place for families

Reserved a two bedroom suite weeks in advance of the stay. Received a phone call the day before our arrival stating the room suddenly became “unavailable”. We are a family of 7, consisting of 5 kids. I specifically booked with this hotel, for this room, as we would all fit in one suite. The first night we had to stay in two separate rooms. The second and third night we had two conjoined rooms. Not ideal at all. Especially for $816 bucks a night. All we were comped for that hassle was our nightly parking fee. - after my husband asked if there was anything they could do for us. It was not OFFERED, until we asked. Now, in my opinion the worst part. When we were in the process of switching rooms, I accidentally left my son’s before bed medication in the cabinet in the kitchen. (Out of reach of my toddler) I did not realize I accidentally left it, until I went to give him his medication 8 hours after we switched rooms. Called downstairs, it wasn’t there. Had to wait until the morning when housekeeping was in to call back and It was never turned in. Meaning either the house keeper kept it, or threw it away. Both are extremely unethical. If you book with this hotel I would recommend not having house keeping clean your room with you belongings in it and triple check your room before leaving, and I would also expect to have your reservation changed before your arrival to due promised rooms not being “available.” I hope the house keeper enjoys my son’s mood stabilizers.

Nice place to stay with a big family

We stayed here for the weekend in a family suite. It had enough space for my family of 6. It was very clean and easy to get the room. The parking spaces are tight and the lot was always filled. The breakfast was great, especially with little children.

Great family friendly hotel option. Well maintained, friendly staff.
