Legacy Resort Hotel & Spa

Property and room was clean. Paying for parking for the amount paid for the room is ridiculous, should be included, but not as a hidden fee. Room was very minimal, not family oriented. Most likely, due to its considered more as a spa more than a hotel.

Came to visit family and SeaWorld

This was my third stay at the Legacy. I have a student at SDSU, and this hotel is an easy 10 min from campus. It's clean and modern and is close to plenty of food and shopping. It has become our go-to hotel when visiting my kid in San Diego.

The property itself was clean! The rooms were nice and the dine-in food was good. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was broken and didn’t get hot, so we were disappointed as we planned to spend time in the spa during our stay. Our shower drain didn’t stay open so we had to prop it open after the shower so it could drain. Also, our slider didn’t close properly either which was a safety hazard for us as we have small children. The hotel did take care of us because of these issues, I am simply just sharing our experience. 5-10 minute drive to downtown and Sea World/Mission Bay. Due to the cleanliness of the property we would stay there again and recommend to others. Just hope the jacuzzi works next time! Thanks for the stay Legacy!

The place is very nice, but we wouldn’t stay there again. They are very short staffed… front desk was nice. But our room was never cleaned. Our patio light was on all night, asked to turn it off because of our kids seeing the lights they said because of security purposes it had to stay on. We did not feel safe, also felt we were being watched all the time for no reason. I guess they have had some security issues in the past. Makes you wonder.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel for our baby moon. As a pregnant hormonal lady I had a great experience here. I will consider rebooking when we visit San Diego in the future.

Not family friendly hotel. Staff was nice though. Shower handle broken, no microwave, no WiFi.. so yup

Great hotel and location. Would of loved to try the restaurant, but had a toddler and called for room service and no response after multiple attempts. Other than that it was great.

Wonderful for my family of 5!

The hotel staff were really kind when I told them I was on my way to Mexico for IVF treatment. They gave me a few extra pens with the name of their hotel, Legacy, on them so that I can give them to my and his parents. That was really nice and will brighten my family's day.
