I stay here every time I go to San Diego even though I have family there! I love everything about this property! Close to all freeways, shopping malls, other restaurants and access to all the city has to offer! Pool and jacuzzi always clean! Love the patio area and love the waffle spot and Diego restaurant on the premises! One and only complaint this stay was the kids upstairs running back and forth all night and up early the next day! Could’ve complained but I’ve been there having kids! Maybe next time put families downstairs!

There was a microwave sitting outside our door for the day when we arrived. They ate lucjy no one got hurt. There were men drinking outside the hotel room in the back of the hotel. Not a safe environment for little kids.

Had a great time with the wife and kids! Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Two restaurants on site plus the pool make it an awesome place to stay.

Fast efficient check in. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean and air conditioning was on in the room when we checked in which was a plus since we didn't have to wait for the room to cool. The only complaint was the bathroom being bit small. Our kids loved the pool. It was heated and had inflatables for guests to use.

Great price, rooms have plenty of space, pool is amazing and the customer service is awesome! So friendly. Very family oriented as well. So close to Old Town & other sites.

We stay at this hotel every July for the last four years. It’s family friendly and the staff are really nice. The area is close to all the necessities and it’s safe.

First night at the hotel we had someone trying to get in our room at around 9:00 PM because they issued another family the same room. Second night we got back from being out and about all day and the power was out—only lasted a little while. We probably won’t stay here again. They also have a $15 a night fee for having your car parked there.

Easy access, friendly staff, clean facilities and overall good experience. We stayed two nights and found the beds very comfortable. We could not hear a sound from neighbors or the highway which is close. The kids loved the pool.
