This was one of the best stays we have had. Check in was very quick and easy. The room was super clean. Breakfast was good and a lot to choose from. All the staff was friendly and very helpful. Great stay the whole family was happy!

Parking is free. Great to have breakfast options - that really helps! Close to stores. This is a great option for families. Worth it 👍

thankyou for everything i never get dissapointed i ask for a crib and i got it i asked for my room to not smell like smoke since i had my babys with me and the room was super clean staff where soo nice

Receptionist at the front desk had a very bad attitude. We were early for check-in and she told us we couldn't check-in early, we needed to have our laugage stored, so we could be on time for an appointment. She was not happy about it and wouldn't give us tags for all our bags. Then she made us wait while she checked another family in, who arrived after us and LET THEM check-in EARLY!! when she just TOLD us "IS NO CHECK IN EARLY"!! Terrible customer service.

I thought the staff was great and the hotel was a hidden gem in the middle of everything. It was within walking distance of food and shopping and only 8 minutes away from the beach and Sea World. The breakfast was also delicious. The beds were also very comfortable and I love that housekeeping came in every day. The sofa couch was not comfortable, but what can you expect from a sofa couch? It did the job. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. The parking spots were small and tight, but there was a lot of parking, even on the side of the building, so it worked. Overall, we had a great stay.

Great hotel! Close to so many things. The pool and hot tub could just some resurfacing, but ethyl were clean. The area around the hotel is not a place you would want to walk at night. It was great for our purpose of a family vacation.

Wonderful linens, pillows and great staff, huge room, loved the breakfast, reason for 4 stars despite below. We probably would choose elsewhere to stay in the future, as felt unsafe (lots of homeless surrounding, we couldn’t go get groceries across the street without being accosted twice, one of which was someone obviously on drugs that was scary). We wouldn’t let my kids ( including 15 year old) go to the pool by themselves because it required going through parking garage to area open to the street with the sketchy people, and pool itself was small and sad. Also, “suite” was just one (huge) room, which we didn’t realize: with kids, we prefer to have at least one separate room so we can hang out after kids are in bed.

Staff was friendly, nice, helpful, just all around amazing. Beds were super comfy, breakfast was delicious (good variety of food), housekeeping was on top of things. Only thing if you you have small children like we did, walls are a little thin, but still amazing stay for us.

Great hotel and value. The staff is so nice, lots of accommodations including 24hr herbal tea in addition to coffee for people who need to avoid caffeine. At night we could watch the sea world fireworks from our hotel window. Also- so family friendly! It’s rare to find a hotel that can actually comfortably sleep a family with more than 2 kids. The breakfast were really crowded, but it was a full breakfast with lots of options. I was hesitant about booking a hotel (we usually use bnb) but I am so glad I did and will be booking here again next time.
