Eveything was good. Like the place family friendly area.

older, dingy - lots of college kids staying for the weekend, it was crowded and loud in the common areas. Staff was very nice.

Perfect location for transportation, shopping and restaurants. It was quiet. Will recommend to family and friends. Will come back.

Absolutely loved staying here. Staff was real friendly and accommodated my family and I with every need we had. The location is perfect for a family with small kids. Everything is within walking distance of Old Town. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. We will be back next year.

One night stay as part of a family vacation. Excellent location as it’s walking distance to Old Town. It was a little noisy due to traffic, however it was tolerable. Staff was pleasant upon check in. I would stay here again.

Not horrible but not great. This is based mostly on the fact that we paid a lot more for this hotel than we normally would, but given it is San Diego in the middle of July, prices were high everywhere. The pool area was small, and overran with children at all hours of the day. The walls were paper thin, and our room happened to be right at the landing to the elevator, so we could hear foot traffic all night. Children were running through the halls, playing games with the elevator, it was chaotic- not at all relaxing or romantic. The room was very small. Parking was expensive. Entering the north garage in the cul-de-sac the grade was SO steep and scraped the underside of your car. Not great. On the flip side, the location was convenient. We ubered to Petco Park and North Park areas and both were only 10-15min drives. Old Town was very walkable and it was easy to find food and drink options. Rooms were small but very clean. AC worked perfectly, never turned off and on like some hotels do. Water took awhile to heat up but wasn't the worst part of this hotel. If the price was less, it was during the off-season, and choices were limited, maybe we would consider staying here again. Otherwise, there's not much about this specific hotel that has me excited to return.

Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The reason for my disappointment is that when we checked in we were told that only 10 people could be in the pool at a time which is fine. Well by Saturday they only accepted reservations and we were never told until we tried to get in the pool Again. The pool was booked the entire we weren’t able to get back in again. One other thing is the sign by the garage saying that while you are in the garage you are inhaling carbon monoxide and some other things. I have an infant and didn’t see the sign until the next day we were stuck waiting to get in the garage.
