Hampton Inn & Suites Hermosa Beach

This was a great stay and an overall successful trip for me and my family. Great location. We arrived at the beach within 5 minutes after leaving the hotel parking lot. With Vons and CVS right across the street, we never had to think twice about opening in-room snacks or beverages. Awesome Breakfast. Full breakfast with proteins, carbs, fruits, and more. My kids couldn’t wait to get downstairs and make a fresh waffle right after waking up. My only downside. Sleeping in the bed was a bit uncomfortable for me and my spouse. We both woke up with minor back pain the first morning and neck pain on the second. Hopefully we had the only bad mattress in the hotel;) If I were to ever stay at Hermosa Beach again in the future, this place would definitely be in the running to take my money Take care!

We have stayed here before, primarily because it is conveniently located to family we are visiting. The parking is good but expensive. The breakfast area, food, and coffee are very good. There is no dresser, only three small wire trays, which are inadequate for any more than a couple of days. There were 2 significant issues during the stay: the mattress is very worn and we had to shift around to find a spot where the coils weren’t digging into our sides. The second issue was a leaking toilet; not from the tank, but from the bowl itself. Caulk had been applied to the area of the leak in an attempt to hide it rather than a proper repair.

It was quite close to the beach, family friendly beach. Noisy road beside the hotel, but fortunately our room was just other side of the hotel. Balcony view was other building wall.

The property was clean, safe and within walking distance of the pier and beach. It was an excellent location. Very family friendly. The staff were all wonderful. We will be back.

This is our 4th stay af this hotel and we love it!We love how close is to many restaurants and to the beach(15,20 minutes walk to the bech).We parked the car and for the whole 5 days we just walked around and spend the day at the becah with our baby.The parking fee is $15 a day.The breakfast is included and is was ok.Some days was better than others.We loved the convenience of just coming down from our room and eat the already made breakfast especially when you have a baby or kids.The room was very spacious,clean and we had a balcony. We’ll be back for sure.
