TownePlace Suites by Marriott Los Angeles LAX/Hawthorne

We barely left Hawthorne there was so much good food and parks for the kids nearby. It was honestly a great stay.

Staying here with family on Father's Day for a 4 day vacation was wonderful. Everything went smooth and easy to find near airport. My family loved the free breakfast. The pool was a bit small since there's a lot of crowds. We didn't get to swim. Overall it was an enjoyable experience to stay and relax on after a long day of our trip.

Came here to spend Mother’s Day with my family by the pool and grill . It was so relaxing and they accommodated to our every needs. Will definitely be coming back.

We stayed here for 2 nights with our young kids. The beds were very comfortable. We didn’t get a chance to swim but the outdoor patio was very nice and modern. It connects to the Courtyard Marriott which has a Starbucks with a limited menu. There was only 1 person working when I tried to go there and I was in a rush so I ended up going to another Starbucks down the street, still appreciated that there was one on site. The only complaint I have is that they took a long time to bring us extra towels but overall, the staff was very friendly and the place was clean. The free breakfast was good too.

The hotel provided us with a broken crib. They said they only have 2 (two) cribs for the whole hotel and they would get us another crib in the morning, because it is in use. The next day, we spoke to the hotel staff asking them tl bring us the "working crib". I called the housekeeping multiple times reminding about it. They did not provide another crib and there was no explanation to why. They ruined our stay because our child prefers the crib and doesn't sleep well in a regular bed, and our sleep was ruined because of it.

Location was convenient for me because it was near to the airport and near highway which made it easy to commute to and from tourist areas. The area around is ok. My room could have been a little cleaner. The bunks beds were dusty and there was like greasy fingerprints on the dresser. The breakfast was good. Pool area was nice, front desk clerk said it was heated but my kids said no it was not heated.

Queen beds were in same room not as advertised by your pictures on the web! I took pictures, rented room to have my dad in one room and me and my children in the living room! I would greatly appreciate a call regarding this!

My family really enjoyed the stay here. The rooms were very nice. My only complaint was that at check in the associate was not very welcoming. She did not review what time and where breakfast was at. I had to call next day to ask until what time was breakfast because I was not told at check in. She did not review any of the amenities the hotel had to offer.

Traveling with small children is a task all in itself, which is why I make every effort to plan ahead! In this case, I booked a room with a bathtub. I even called ahead a couple Days before, but after waiting 20 mins for a human to show up to the front desk and I was able to finally checked in, I was given a room with a shower only. Young children DO NOT SHOWER. Again, no person at the front desk area….once she finally showed up I was told housekeeping was behind that day because they had a meeting in the morning but I was blocked in to switch to a bathtub room the next morning. I was to come back around 9am for new keys. Lo and behold, no room was avail the next day either. In fact, we were never switched to a bath tub room. I also called to prepare the hotel to leave a mattress topper in our room. I asked again when we checked in. 4 days and 3 night stay, NEVER received the mattress topper. Coffee is awful here! If you need coffee to get going in the morning, plan on offing from Tata’s behind the hotel or you’ll be seriously disappointed.
