Best Western Plus Gardena Inn & Suites

The property is located very close to the airport. The staff was polite. Complimentary breakfast is served with great variety. If you need to workout, there's also a gym at the hotel. My family and I enjoyed our trip.

They had a weird strict rule about breakfast that they would charge you extra to eat in your room or take out from the dining room. I couldn't even get a seat for my two children and had to wait with them with food in my hands a while. Amenities are not the best when it comes to toiletry but the coffee and hot chocolate machine are great. Pool is really small

My family and I had a great stay. I was welcomed by Jack who was able to get housekeeping to accommodate our early arrival. Jack was informative and friendly. The staff and room were clean and comfortable. My only complaints is the vending machine not working on the 2nd floor and no juice in the little mini store they had on site.

We opened the pull out to sleep on and it was not made. The mattress was really gross. I couldn’t let my kids sleep on it. So we put it back and made out littlest sleep on the sofa after we covered it with all the bedding. The king sized beds made it easier. I was very grateful for that. Great breakfast!

The area is not very great but the hotel was good and very clean I stayed with my family this place is great

Had a nice stay here. I have to admit the neighborhood looked a little rough when we pulled in, but all the people we met were nice. There is only one entrance area with fences everywhere, and they have covered parking. Never had an issue with safety. There is a taco bell, 7-11, and burger King within walking distance, as well as a gas station. There is a food4less and CVS pharmacy around 2 miles away. The free breakfast was nice, my kids loved the options they had, like cereal, oatmeal, eggs, hashbrowns and pastries. They even had a hot chocolate machine, my fav! Rooms were nice and clean. The counter in our room had a crack in the side that had collected dirt and looked dingy but not a big deal. Just normal wear and tear for a hotel. Nice big shower and they gave us orange scented lotions and shampoos. Pool was tiny and gets very chilly in the evening. We drove to Crystal Cove Beach because it was cleaner and more family friendly. Took 50 min but worth it. Wanted to try the free Getty museum but ran out of time. We visited the Old LA Zoo and that was fun. We would stay here again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Parking was very limited and spaces were all made for small cars. Hotel was accommodating with cribs for our 2 little ones.
