Holiday Inn Los Angeles Gateway - Torrance, an IHG Hotel

We were here for a very brief family trip and needed a quick place to stay. Able to make reservations 2 hrs prior to check in. This would have been our first trip to the hotel. First impressions: 1. Plenty of EV chargers. 2. Check in was straightforward and glitch free. 3. Restaurant area looked clean and inviting. 4. Hotel could use new carpet in common areas. 5. Room showed usual wear and tear and could use an upgrade but overall looked clean. 6. Plenty of usual amenities found in 5 star hotels (we were at the Disneyland Hotel earlier in the week and had similar room amenities). 7. Walls seemed thin; awoke to neighbors arriving back in their room late at night. 8. Probably fine for value conscious travelers who didn't need a fabulous view outside your window or a cabana by the pool. 9 We were here for a family emergency and just needed a place to stay near Gardena Memorial Hospital

One night stay with kids. Quiet, comfortable, clean and convenient. Parking was a little chaotic but managed to park.

The Fire alarm went off at 12:30am the first time. It went off several time after that. I ended up checking out at 5:30am unable to get any sleep with the alarm going off. I was told that it was kids pulling the alarm and that they are short staffed so could stop them from continuing to do so through out the night. They offered my points if I opened an IHG account. I would never stay there again….

Overall this hotel was just fine. It was clean but dated. It’s due for a remodel. We had a suite with 2 rooms so that worked great for our family if 3. Plenty of room! Would have loved to have smart tvs. The 2 tvs in our room were old. The location was ok. It was quiet but surrounded by industrial buildings so not really an area we could go explore by foot. The staff was very kind & friendly!

Check-in was fast and easy. No issues with the room and quiet location. I was only there with my family for a few days for my daughters college graduation. I've stayed at this hotel a few times and have never had any issues.

Booking the stay was fast and easy. We had a family matter arise in California, drovethere for AZ and last minute decided to stay the night before returning home. The stay was amazing!! Great customer service, very clean, nice room with comfy beds and very quiet. Free parking and great breakfast fees were wavered when you enroll as a member! Will defintely stay at

We spent 6 days there and it was fantastic breakfast was wonderful. My kids loved the pool time. Great over all
