It's a very good hotel, great price vs quality balance! Definitely one of the best options of the area! We attended a tournament and all other families complained about their hotels , at least 8 different options..we have no complains at all!

The lobby looks clean and updated, but once you get to the halls it is a different story. The hallways are stained, smelly, and obviously not even vacuumed based on all of the crumbs and debris everywhere. Our first room was the grossest I have seen. Smelly, stains on the walls, wallpaper tears, all of the light switches had dirt build up. The couch was old, stained, and torn some. When we pulled the matress out from the couch, it was very stained; pee? And along the side was a poop stain. It was where my kids were supposed to sleep! We told the front desk that the room was unacceptable, and she never even flinched. She offered us a new room, and offered to.check on us in 5 minutes to see if the room was better. The next room was slightly cleaner, but not by much. We found blood on a pillow, but the matress weren't as gross. It was late, and we couldnt go somewhere else at that moment, so we bought a matress topper and pillows to help me feel less gross about where we had to stay. The ac was broken. We left 1st thing in the morning. We were supposed to stay for 5 days, but there was no way. They then charged us $275 for the single night. I paid it because I just wanted out of there! The absolutely WORST hotel experience we have ever had (multi-generations family of 5) I have no idea how this place has such a high rating. Would NOT recommend to anyone; especially a family with kids! Might be acceptable for drug addicts or homeless.

From the time you check in to the stay and checking out. This place is great. All the staff is extremely friendly and amazing. The hotel is super clean and quiet. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The beds are beyond comfortable. I sleep like a baby. The rooms come equipped with everything you need.

I love the 1 bedroom with balcony! Location is perfect for visiting family in Gardena. In & out convenience is important with safe parking!

Very comfortable bed. Loved the kidney bean shaped couch in the room--it was perfect for one two or even three people to lounge, and apparently it also pulled out into a bed! The hotel is a bit of a maze when you first encounter it, so it would have been helpful if the front desk people had provided a map to our room as some hotels do. It's an older hotel, and it has that smell like it used to be a smoker hotel years ago, and they've replaced the carpets and continue to use strongly scented cleaner, but you can still smell that mustiness. The room smelled fine, though. The pool looked nice though we didn't get a chance to use it.
