Upon arrival, I go in to check the family into our rooms, and I was treated like I was a ghost once I entered. The counter I walked up to the girl eventually said the girl next to her will help you. They literally had no words to say very short with everything, and every day we walked down from all of the lobby we were ignored, from the time we returned we were ignored, the wife went in to ask for extra towels, they told her the Security will get them for her. and as we were walking out for check out, there was a new set of ladies who actually spoke and we let them know that we haven't been spoken to one single time since we been on our three day day, and she said that that wasn't the first time she heard that. There was multiple complaints about the customer service before we mentioned it other than that, everything else was a pleasant.

I travel solo to visit a family member and I feel that this hotel is a safe place to stay. The rooms are comfortable with a coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, and hair dryer. There is also breakfast included.

Expedia booked a different room. The hotel doesn’t even have that type of room. It ruined our trip because our kids had to sleep on our bed since we our booking was for 2 bed.

We stayed total 4 nights, 3 rooms at this property. On the day of arrival one of my friends (room 318) toilet got clogged, we called it was fixed. On Sunday night my toilet (room 320) got clogged at night when I got back to hotel after a long day. I called the front desk and they said there is no one who can help and the earliest help we would get help is after 8 am next morning. I mentioned that we are a family with little kids and need to use the toilet at night and since we were going to universal studies really early at in morning we need to get ready and use toilet. I was told to use the common restroom, which is absurd to take a kid in the middle of the night to use common bathrooms. I asked if anyone can come and fix, to which they offered me a plunger and mentioned I have to do this myself. They send a plunger with the security guard at night. I asked if the security guard can help, to which they said he needs to be downstairs to guard. I had spent 1 hour middle of the night to clear the toilet exhausted and tired. They could have changed our room, but instead said I could use another room only in the morning for limited hours, I asked if I could get the key so that if in middle of the night if we need to go to restroom, they denied and mentioned we could only use in the morning with a security guard opening the room for us. This experience was really frustrating, I hope hotels.com will take care of this.

The customer service rep at the front desk was very very helpful and took the time to help me find my booking for the room and also made it very convenient for me and my baby to be on the first floor closer to the food run and have to train figure out how I was going to carry my baby or he made it very convenient for me

Location. However two of my family members had call but noone was available to answer the phone. Are there certain hours when there is noone at the front desk? Also I was unable to dial out using a local number.

Hotel is really clean. Housekeeping doing a wonderful job. Service all round excellent. Breakfast very good..fresh fruits etc..Loved it has a pool n hot pool too with a gym. Laundry was a bonus. Our bag was lost arrived the day we were checking out after 3 days of staying with the Hampton Inn. We onky had 2 or 3 clothes to wear so we had to wash our clothes in the laundry there. We came from Canada to watch the rugby 7s so very convenient place to stay, only had to walk like 12 to 15 minutes to Dignity health sports complex Stadium. There's a couple of very good restaurants in the plaza within walking distance also. Only wished there was a Tim Horton in that plaza 😃😃 .. overall enjoyed staying there..good for families too..

Horrendous front desk service. Check in was at 3 but my family and I arrived early at 1:30 because we had a funeral to attend in the area. I walked in and stood at the front desk in front of the clerk and she completely ignored me for a good couple of minutes. She finally looked up and I asked if we could check in early. She rudely asked for my last name and told me I didn’t have a reservation. I showed her my confirmation from hotels.com and she miraculously found my reservation and then told me that I’d come back at 3 and that there was no way my 2 rooms would be ready any earlier than 3. My family and I sat in the lobby and noticed at 2:30 that people were getting rooms. I walked up again and looking annoyed said that only one room was available and that she would call me when the other room was ready. She called me at 3. I had to go back downstairs to check in for the other room. After waiting 15 minutes in line I finally checked in for the 2nd room. The hotel itself was clean and the breakfast was pretty good. Customer service was horrible.
