Comfort Inn Cockatoo near LAX Airport

Breakfast was a win with the kiddos! Rooms need better ventilation in the rooms and restroom, our fan didn’t work in the restroom.

Staffing here treats you like family.

Staff is very friendly, I would highly recommend this hotel for a family. My kids enjoyed it very much.

We stayed with kids for 4 nights and now returned to the same hotel for another 3 nights. Free flow coffee is the best.

Great place for family.

Clean. The front desk people all were nice and helpful. Breakfast and hot coffee. Not cheap are just throw together, they care. The best stay I ever had. I always going back and forth to LA because of family and now I find the place we going to stay every time we go. And that takes a lot of stress off the trip. Thanks for all the care. Also indoor heated pool and parking garage. I love this place and my second home. So happy. 10/10 5 stars

The best thing about this hotel is that the parking is safe and no existing homeless people outside. Good for kids and the staff are excellent..

Not good for families. Lots of pot smoking and halls were full of it. Old and run down.

My family and I have stayed at this hotel many times. It has always been a pleasurable stay with good customer service and friendly housekeepers. The rooms are spacious for us.

Black mold Dirty mildew worst hotel ever staff is useless rude unprofessional and they are thieves. They stole all my clothes someone came in the room while we were gone you could tell they raked through our belongings and took all the clothes some of them had never been worn they provided no help no comfort not even a kleenex wheni began to cry they had the audacity to call the cops but never called a manager. I call racism. No one speaks English's and i never saw anyone of color working there just a bunch of ugly unprofessional unnecessary kids getting paid to do nothingor say i dont know to every inquiry a sad joke or hoax they prey on the customers. None of the cameras work and theres only one elevator. They are all crooks and they are not trustworthy at all they will do nothing if you get robbed because they are corrupt and guilty of stealing your stuff. Why else would they do nothing about it. No incident report no real manager no regional manager or supervisor on site. This place needs to be investigated ASAP i will be contacting the police and my attorney about this. They are not gonna get away with this kind of behavior and unfair racist attitude and shameful treatment. Immature and ignorance dont mix well with professional business and leisurely comfort like the names suggest this place is the complete opposite. Not safe for anyone with children. Or anyone you love or care about. Do not trust any of them. They are liars and crooks. No one wears their name tag
