The front desk representative (Itza) was pleasant and courteous while offering the best rooms (booked 2) available to my family and I...My family thoroughly enjoyed having the convenience of a well prepped breakfast offered before checking out of our 1 night stay...Location was key to Sofi Stadium and that proved to be on point as well...the area is grounded in local flavor...nothin' fancy

I don’t recommend this property at all. Pros:Generally the room was clean, the staffs were nice. Cons:The area seems unsafe Google confirms it too, a lot of random people around watching us when you go out just to get in the car, very uncomfortable with family, and even in the garage motorcycles making loud noises my son was scared, inside hotel a strong weird smell exists specifically in the corridors , my son thought we are in a hospital, the chair in the room was stained we asked to replace it and they told we check it we can and never did it, the room doors are very old style, we couldn’t even enjoy the breakfast as the sofa was not clean and very old, luckily we get out of the hotel in the morning after one night staying only and found a very nice hotel in Hollywood. The property definitely needs major renovations.

Stayed here for a night so we didn’t have to make the drive up to LA for the Bluey x CAMP experience the next day (it’s approximately 30 min from the Westfield Century City Mall). The highlight of this hotel would probably be the indoor pool since you do not see that often. We were able to take a swim even in the middle of winter (yes, it’s too cold in California to swim outdoors now, haha). Water was warm, good size pool, and a hot tub too. Our kiddoes loved it! Decor was simple & clean. We had to switch our room & they were accommodating. Beds were comfy (more on the firmer side). Also loved that they had a fridge & a microwave in the room. Breakfast was included which included a variety of foods including bagels, toast, eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, and diy pancakes (regular & mini version). Their attention to detail at this location was very welcomed, and I definitely noticed. The staff understood the motto “making you happy makes us happy.” Thank you for making our stay a short, but great trip! Will definitely return when we’re in the area again.

There were constantly homeless people trying to get into the parking garage and hotel and it looked like homeless people were eating breakfast as the front doors were unlocked and open for friends of the homeless to wander in. It appeared a guest or wanderer eating breakfast texted their friends to join. Couch seating in the dinning area were saggy and uncomfortable. The breakfast area was dark, low ceilings made the space feel small, the food seemed less fresh, no whipping cream, the hot tub seemed dirty and pool area less welcoming and staff less pleasant vs other Hamptons we stayed at. One suggestion is that a shower in the pool area and reminder to use it keeps the hot tub much cleaner. Also, bench seating and indoor outdoor space would improve the pool area. We enjoyed outdoor fire pits or a bbq at other hotels, kids swam and we cooked dinner. The Hampton hotel in San Diego circle loop for example was much nicer. Security/maintenance staff was diligent and present, the pool area and fire pit was a beautiful outdoor oasis, and the hot pool was clean, breakfast seemed fresher with whipping cream for waffles. Front doors required key card due to check in after 10am when breakfast finishes. The eating area had a nice high ceiling and plenty of natural light. Bench seating was firm and floors were cleaned regularly. It was apparent that staff took pride in the hotel.

It’s usually hard to find a hotel in LA that has free parking and breakfast but this hotel has it all! Such a smooth and amazing stay! Definitely recommend this hotel. We’re a family of six with four little ones with all ages under 8 and let me say our kids loved it here.

Property is ok. The area seems unsafe. Free walk not recommended. Not fun for kids.

Property was excellent, the pool area and gym very clean, gated parking was a plus. The cookies by the coffee station were yummy, kids loved them as snack while checking in. Very comfortable beds.

The hotel was very nice and clean the service at reception was great when we checked in and received the code for the car park, breakfast was good a little more than I expected to be fair, close to the airport the room was large enough for my family of 4 the only downside was when we returned from a late night at universal and parked in the car park there was group of young me congregating around a car and clearly smoking marijuana which I know is legal in the state it just felt a little intimidating not sure about the area as we didn’t really explore

Very nice hotel, quick check in and nice pool (unfortunately we did not have a chance to try it as we had a short lay over on our way to the airport). Good breakfast, kids loved the waffles

I chose a non-smoking room and the room smelled a lot of marijuana and the second night it also smelled a lot of marijuana, my family was not comfortable with that smell for two nights and I asked to change rooms and they gave me another but it was dirty and I didn't I had service and they gave me another room. I changed rooms twice and when I checked in, the treatment of the front desk boy was not very friendly, it seemed that he was angry (Luis), I booked 4 nights and they were not very pleasant.
