I just loved the concept of having hotels attached to airport. Made my travel easy! Was able to catch National Express to visit family in Luton easily. Staff especially Alexanobal at frint desk was very professional and courteous. Will use again for future UK trips.

We flew into terminal 5, it was about an hour to collect our bags and catch the 2 trains required to get to terminal 4. This was fine, however by the time we checked in it was after 10 pm so we would have to order on the late night menu for food. The tv menu was unreadable so we went downstairs as it says you can order at the reception anytime. We were told this was not correct and were told to go back up to the room place our order then come back down to collect. The staff was very unhelpful and there was a language barrier (we speak English) we finally got our food and pulled out the couch for our child only to find there was no bedding provided (on top of that there was a pile of garbage under the couch when we pulled it out) We phoned reception and were told they do not supply bedding for the pullout couch… after about 15 mins debate they finally agreed to bring one pillow and a small blanket. We did not get to bed until nearly midnight. The beds are hard and the noise from other rooms starting around 6am made it very difficult to get a restful sleep. Not the way we wanted to end our vacation. Would not recommend.

My family loved the ability to take an inter-terminal train (for free!) from plane to property. We arrived separately and it was ao helpful that they were able to make their way to HIE, check in and relax after long flight.
If possible take the Piccadilly Line to central London. The Elizabeth Line could be very crowded even though more convenient.

Overall the experience was good. We had a family room and the sofa bed had a dirty sheet and bedding was not provided at check in. It seems that the sofa bed has not been cleaned in a long time. Breakfast room needs better cleaning, especially the eating tables.

We thought staying at the airport would make an easier early morning flight. But there was no information that there was no easy way to get from T4 to T5 and it still took us almost an hour to get to our correct terminal. Although this is the airports fault, the hotel information should have had this information when booking. Not just checking that I was OK to stay at T4. That sounds fine when I'm at a normal airport with easy access between terminals. Not a over an hour convoluted way. I feel duped into staying here.
When we checked in they told us they upgraded my room. As I'm a member, I appreciated it. But when I got to the room, the couch had been pulled out and had turn down service that it was difficult to walk around. It was too hard to put back and we were too tired to wait for room service assistance. It was obvious that someone had used the room briefly. We went downstairs to ask about ways to get to T5 and it was obvious our room was someone else's room that they switched for a family and told me it was an upgrade. They should have at least checked it and reset it to make sure it was clean enough before giving it to me.
However, the place is clean enough. Employees are nice enough. But only stay here if you're actually flying out of T4. But sometimes you don't even know that until after you do online check in. So seems like this hotel should provide a shuttle or work out a deal with the airport. Ridiculous.

The room was a bit small for a family room. The bathroom needs renovation. Service was good and location was convenient.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Helpful front desks. Free delicious buffet breakfast (vegetarian food, almond milk &soy milk on request) Free Wi-Fi. Confirmed 5 lifts, nice, clean, peaceful & safe modern room/bath with hair dryer, iron & board, free bag storage. 5 mins walk to Terminal 4 airport/trains/tubes/bus station. Nearby food & store. (24 hour snack Cafe by Terminal 4 departure area. Free fountain drinking water near front desk area. I will recommend to friends & family. Free tubes to all terminals. Airport Shuttle bus every hour £7 per person. Uber ride from Holiday Inn to Terminal 3 £32 one way.

Walkability Nice modern touch hotel. Walking distance to Terminal 4, stores, Cafe at departure.Great stay will recommend to friends and family.

stayed on May 03 and May 17, that'll be the last time, left an item in the room on may4 upon check out, called room service manager to secure it until May 17, staff never did, non-trustworthy cleaning staff (room 146 morning of May 04). family rooms too small, barely 2ft around the beds, hair dryer provided but no plug within bathroom reach (room 162), no hooks in this room either for clothes to complement the small closet.

Fire alarm at 0300. No obvious management of situation. No information flow (a child came outside to say it was a false alarm, not staff) . No safety control of guests. Fire brigade called by hotel guest as management were not taking control.
