Booked specifically due to reviews stating this was a great airport kids hotel... to find... the pool is closed... the garden area was closed for a wedding... the wedding was loud with music thudding in our room - not what you want for an early flight... After complaining twice, we did finally get moved to a better room, which was actually very comfy...

Booked this hotel for the pool and the tropical space with lounge, none of which was open and hasn’t been for a while, please remove from your site or upgrade the facility so this space can be utilized. Booked a family suite and only 2 towels provided for a family of four. Information on the shuttle bus to the hotel from the airport is not available on their site, after a bunch of googling was able to find the information, but for a family of 4 it was more affordable to take a taxi.

Great Indian restaurant, 4th generation family business. Best Indian meal ever and the service was excellent. Very unusual for a hotel restuaruant. Will visit again!

We stayed here as a family for an overnight flight connection. We arrived around 6 PM, check-in was easy, good food options within the hotel and transportation to the airport was easy to schedule through the hotel. Rooms were clean and water pressure for the showers was great!! Good option for families.

It was a 1 night (flight layover stay). I checked in late with my family (husband 2 kids). They gave us a 1st floor room that look like the scene of a horror movie. It was gross and most definitely not a 4 star hotel,probably 2 at best.

The only positive thing that I could think of for this property is the location. It's definitely convenient that its right next to the airport, but thats about it. We were a family of 4 and I noticed right away that there was only two towels. I call downstairs to indicate that we needed more. The TV was old but you can see the picture, however if you wanted sound that's a different story. I went downstairs to the front desk to indicate that my TV wasn't working and I mentioned that we needed the towels that never came. He said someone will be right up. Nobody ever came. I understand its Saturday night, its busy, but no ownership came about it.

When I booked this hotel the listing from expedia said it had a pool and was the main reason we booked, that hotel my kids werer looking forward to swimming last night of vacation and were in tears and ruined their vacation When we got there there pool was closed down adn had been for 8 months (way before we booked( and is alledgedly closed permanentyly. Basically we were misled.

Very comfortable stay, easy check in staff very helpful . Breakfast superb. Excellent service in sports bar accommodating my grandson who has numerous allergies, Grandchildren very disappointed pool area was closed as were parents as we had an overnight stay prior to flying to NZ. Was hoping to burn off children’s energy before the long flight. Overall very pleased with our short stay.

Close to Heathrow. Family rooms were small but tolerable for one night. The pool area was closed but looked beautiful.well resourced gym. On-site restaurants and in room dining were all extremely expensive options for families.
