Sheraton Skyline Hotel London Heathrow

The hotel and room was really nice. My only complaint is that our family room for 4 was incredibly hot. The room air conditioner isn’t the best but likely ok for a single person. We were in a family room with 4 adults so the room got incredibly hot overnight with the body heat and we had a very poor sleep. The room had fans when we got there, indicating they recognize how hot the room gets. The front desk did send a maintenance person but no change. Would stay again in the fall / winter but not in the summer months.

We had the best help from the front desk staff, they helped unload our luggage and bring it to the room with the kids, set up our tax for the airport the following morning! Super friendly!

The Shearton was adequate for our two week stay. It is located close to the airport and several bus stops. The buses were very reliable. I suggest doing your research before you arrive. This way you will be better able to plan your stay. This hotel is not located in the heart of London, so if that is what you are looking for find another hotel. Because this hotel is located near the airport and people have early morning flights, there tends to be a bit of noise very early in the morning. Not only from the guests but also the staff who starts cleaning very, very early. If you are traveling with small children, then opting to include the breakfast might be a good option for you. However, please note that the breakfast is the same every day. As someone who does not eat pork there was not a lot for me to enjoy there. After the second day we skipped breakfast and ate lunch when we we out. The Sheraton was reasonable priced. That was a plus for us.

Our room key did not work to use the elevator. I booked the room for my family of 4 but only saw 2 bath towels. I called maid service a few time and no one answered. Probably after 4th try, front desk answered.

I don't expect a lot from a budget airport hotel, but the facility is very dated and looks dirty. My coffee mugs had left over coffee on the lip of the cups (I don't believe they were refreshed). I had booked a family room for four and only two towels were in the bathroom. It took quite sometime for additional towels to be delivered. It advertised shuttle service for a fee but there was NO shuttle. The pool was closed. The continental breakfast was good.

Booked specifically due to reviews stating this was a great airport kids hotel... to find... the pool is closed... the garden area was closed for a wedding... the wedding was loud with music thudding in our room - not what you want for an early flight... After complaining twice, we did finally get moved to a better room, which was actually very comfy...

Booked this hotel for the pool and the tropical space with lounge, none of which was open and hasn’t been for a while, please remove from your site or upgrade the facility so this space can be utilized. Booked a family suite and only 2 towels provided for a family of four. Information on the shuttle bus to the hotel from the airport is not available on their site, after a bunch of googling was able to find the information, but for a family of 4 it was more affordable to take a taxi.

We was terribly treated staff was very abusive and not so helpful also attacked a kid the manager

Great Indian restaurant, 4th generation family business. Best Indian meal ever and the service was excellent. Very unusual for a hotel restuaruant. Will visit again!

We stayed here as a family for an overnight flight connection. We arrived around 6 PM, check-in was easy, good food options within the hotel and transportation to the airport was easy to schedule through the hotel. Rooms were clean and water pressure for the showers was great!! Good option for families.
