Excellent hotel, reception staff really helpful. Food was good but expensive. Great views of the runway ! Plenty of parking at an additional cost of £15. Large family room was well equipped with everything needed.

The staff here were amazing. We were managing family arriving at 3 different times and the staff were very helpful to make it all easy and convenient. We ate at both restaurants, enjoying the food and the view of the plans landing and taking off. When our flights were cancelled, we didn't hesitate to return to the hotel for another night.

We went as a family for an event, the team was amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. As a vegan they weee fantastic at making sure we were accomated for. My own small issue is the front house team should coordinate its communication.

On the evening of July 7, 2022, I went to the hotel restaurant on the 6 floor for dinner. I asked the young man behind the bar if I could sit at a table for dinner and was told by him that they didn’t have any available tables at the moment. I asked if I could sit at one of the empty tables near the bar. The young man allowed me to sit at the table and he put a menu on the table and walked away. I watched the two young Caucasian women who were servers walk pass me several times and even stand a few feet from my table without once speaking to me. They kept looking at me and stood in front of me with their backs to me whispering to each other. The man behind the bar stood and conversed with the two women and not one of them offered to take my order or even bring a glass a water to my table. I watched a non-black family of three enter the restaurant several minutes after me and the waitress went to them and took their orders. I waited to see if they would ever come to take my order and I finally left after seeing the waitress bring that family their oder. I had waited about 40 minutes before left. There is absolutely no doubt that this is racism and these staff members should be properly reprimanded if not terminated. This is a restaurant where the staff are supposed to serve customers and if the staff have personal feelings about certain customers which prevents them from doing their job, they should not be in the customer service field.

The stay was a very short one but I'l recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The rooftop view of the Airport runway was excellent.

Front staff were very pleasant and efficient. Location was ok. Swimming pool located in another property not ideal for kids. Biggest disappointment was the room cleaning. After arriving back from a long day exploring the city, the room was the worst I've ever seen "cleaned". Duvet thrown on the bed all wrinkled, pillows all messed up, bathroom was not even cleaned. After making front desk aware, it was sorted and properly cleaned while we left for dinner. But, that is something unacceptable and amazing staff attempted to leave a room like that.
